Viewing my reviews
When opening the Reviews tab in Passport, you are redirected to the My reviews section, which lists your individual performance reviews.
At the top of the page, the Performance reviews tile shows how many reviews are in the selected category, and a tips panel provides guidance to help you prepare for your review conversation. Use the navigation arrows to go through the tips.
If you do not have any reviews yet, the tile describes what the section is for instead of showing a count.
Below, the reviews table displays the following columns:
Name – the name of the review (e.g., Mid-Year Performance)
Type – the type of review (e.g., Mid-Year Review)
Status – the current status of the review (e.g., In progress, Pending sign-off, Closed)
Stage – the current stage of the review (e.g., Self-review)
Rating – the current achievement rating, once available
You can filter the list using the Review category drop-down list above the table. By default, the page shows My reviews, but you can also select Assigned reviews, which we describe Viewing assigned reviews.
