Viewing my reviews
When opening the Reviews tab in Passport, you are redirected to the My reviews section, which lists your individual performance reviews.
A banner at the top of the page briefly introduces the section, highlighting its purpose, which is giving you a central place to access reviews and monitor progress. Also at the top of the page, a tips panel provides guidance to help you prepare for your review conversation. You can go through the tips using the navigation arrows.
Below, the reviews table displays the following columns:
Name – the name of the review (e.g., Mid-Year Performance)
Type – the type of review (e.g., Mid-Year Review)
Status – the current status of the review (e.g., In progress, Pending sign-off, Closed)
Stage – the current stage of the review (e.g., Self-review)
Rating – the current achievement rating, once available
You can filter the list using the Review category drop-down list above the table. By default, the page shows My reviews, but you can also select Assigned reviews, which we describe Viewing assigned reviews.
