Setting session timeout

The PaySuite application allows you to specify how many minutes a session can stay idle before automatic termination.

This is a tip message.

You can configure session timeout under Workbench > Platform Setup > User Session > Session Timeout. Access to Workbench depends on your role within the platform.

To set the timeout, proceed as follows:

1. Check the Enable session timeout box.

2. Once the box is checked, enter the number of minutes for your timeout in the Duration of inactivity before timeout field. Keep in mind that it is possible to enter only the amount between 1 and 1440 minutes. If the user does not refresh or request a page within the time you have set in the field, the session will end.

3. Click Savein the upper-right corner of the page to keep your changes.
