Enabling or disabling features in the platform
In the context of the beqom platform, a feature is a functional scope, i.e., a set of interface elements related to a single business concept. As a platform admin, you can enable or disable features to show or hide the related elements in Workbench, Passport, and Planner.
This is a tip message.
Feature enablement is available under Workbench > Platform Setup > Feature Enablement. Access to Workbench depends on your role within the platform.
Feature grouping
On the Feature Enablement page, features are grouped into five sections, each corresponding to an area of the platform:

Each feature is listed with its name, a short description, and a toggle. For features that have additional settings, the feature name is a link that opens the corresponding settings page.
This is an note/information message.
Some features cannot be enabled or disabled by your organization. For example, Goal Genius is a premium feature that requires a subscription, and Talent Review can only be switched on by the beqom team. To enable such a feature, contact your beqom representative. A toggle can also be read-only because your role does not allow you to change it. In that case, contact your system administrator.
Enabling or disabling a feature
To enable or disable a specific feature in the platform, proceed as follows:
In Workbench, click Platform Setup and select Feature Enablement from the panel on the left side.
Locate the feature in its section.
Switch the toggle on to enable the feature, or off to disable it.
The change is saved immediately, and you can see a confirmation message.

To configure the additional settings of a feature, click the feature name. For more information about these settings, refer to the configuration procedure of the specific feature.
