Deployment to production environments: July 7th, 2026
| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | Feature Flag* | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | ||||
| AC-9275 | Pay Transparency | In Team Inbox, a confirmation popup was added for Communication Managers and HRBPs who have documents selected and attempt to navigate to another page, search for recipients, or apply filters. Users can choose to proceed — clearing their current selections — or cancel to remain on the current page and retain their selections, preventing accidental loss of document selections during bulk operations such as bulk release. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-16961 | Pay Transparency | A raw 400 error was incorrectly displayed in Planner > Documents > Communication Round when two users performed simultaneous actions on the same document, such as changing a workflow step, releasing, unreleasing, deleting, viewing, or downloading. This was corrected so that a user-friendly error banner now appears instead, informing users of the conflict and prompting them to refresh the page. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-18571 | Performance Management | The GoalAchievementNew data set (used to report on goal achievement records) has been enriched to include minimum and maximum measurement values and goal description when a single measurement criteria is configured for a goal. This provides more complete goal data for downstream reporting and analytics. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-21293 | Authorization | Session cookie storage was updated to reduce overall cookie size and prevent the browser's 4 KB cookie limit from being exceeded, which could have caused authentication failures or unexpected logouts. The identity token was moved to a separate cookie to keep the session cookie size within safe limits. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-22440 | Pay Transparency | Users can now sort the Pay Information Requests table in Planner > Pay Information by clicking any column header to cycle through ascending, descending, and default ordering. Sorting works alongside any applied filters and automatically returns users to the first page of results when a new sort is applied. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-22446 | Pay Transparency | A 'Show closed requests' toggle was added to the Pay Information Requests page filter bar, allowing users to include or exclude closed requests from the list. Closed requests are hidden by default, and the toggle works alongside the existing status filter independently. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-23601 | Data Foundation | A new Employee Pay Explainability report was added to Pay Transparency reporting, enabling HR professionals, managers, and authorized employees to understand individual pay positioning relative to peer groups without exposing compensation model details. The report displays average and median compensation values by gender and overall group, compensation element distributions, and analytics aligned with existing EU Pay Transparency Directive reporting logic in Pay Analytics, using only the most recent pay record per employee. | – | ||
| AC-25082 | Data Foundation | Users with the DataFoundationAdmin, Configuration, or Support roles can now export data directly from Data Viewer as a CSV file, allowing them to validate and reconcile ingested data against the current system state. Exports can be triggered from either a specific entity screen or the entity list, with results automatically downloaded as a compressed ZIP archive that supports multi-language characters and respects the tenant's default separator settings. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-25121 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the 'View As' dropdown options are now resolved server-side based on each user's actual role configuration and worker population for the active round stage, rather than being determined by professional roles alone. Users will only see the 'View As' options they qualify for — for example, Compensation Managers must have at least one direct report, and roles such as HRBP and Compensation Advisory require the user to have workers within their assigned scope. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-25986 | Pay Transparency | Reminder notifications have been introduced for HRBPs in the Email Notifications > Documents section. HRBPs can now configure scheduled reminders for three notification types — incoming new requests, requests approaching deadline, and requests overdue — each independently configurable with a daily, weekly, or monthly delivery frequency and a preferred delivery time. In-app notifications are also triggered alongside email notifications when reminders fire. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | – | ||
| AC-26325 | Performance Management | In Talent Review, Template Owners can now edit published templates that are in progress and republish their changes without recreating the template from scratch. Owners can update template details, translations, axis configuration labels, questionnaire content, and extend the participant population, with changes applied to the active process only upon republishing. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-26505 | Data Foundation | Users with appropriate roles can now create Business Matrices in Workbench > Data Management > Business Logic — a new structured table format that defines input and output columns for use in compensation logic. Authorized users can configure column names, types (Text, Number, Date, or True/False), and effective dating options, then save the matrix as a draft for later population with data. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-26677 | Compensation Management | A new DATEDIFF function was added to the advanced calculations engine (the formula processing system used to build compensation formulas) and is now available in the Compensation Round formula editor under the DateTime category. The function calculates the elapsed time between two dates in complete years, months, days, or weeks, supporting common compensation scenarios such as tenure-based eligibility and hire-date proration of merit increases. | – | ||
| AC-26730 | Data Foundation | An issue was corrected in Workbench > Data Management > Custom Entities where Boolean type fields that were not marked as required would return an error when saving, and in some cases the UI displayed the incorrect toggle state after saving. Both behaviors have been corrected. | – | ||
| AC-26812 | Performance Management | In Talent Review > Planner, managers can now open an employee details drawer by clicking an employee's name or the View action to review employee information, edit Performance and Potential ratings, and answer configured questionnaire questions. Answers and ratings can be saved as a draft using Save & exit, and the questionnaire status column in the ratings list updates immediately to reflect the current state (Not Started, In Progress, or Completed) based on saved responses. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-27182 | Performance Management | Managers can now submit Talent Review ratings and questionnaire responses for their direct reports from the Talent Review table — either individually via the worker drawer or in bulk by selecting multiple employees. Bulk submission supports cross-page selection and partial submission, where valid employees are submitted and those with incomplete required data are skipped with feedback provided. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-27195 | Performance Management | In Planner > Talent Review, Talent HRBPs can now participate in Talent Review processes by viewing and calibrating talent ratings for employees within their assigned scope. HRBPs can enter and edit HR ratings directly in the employee table, override manager-submitted ratings, and see their team's placement reflected in the 9-box grid, with HR ratings taking precedence over manager ratings for grid placement and delta calculations. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-27248 | Data Foundation | Users were unable to load analytics widgets due to an authorization error in Analytics caused by user roles not being populated before the permission check was performed. This issue was corrected, and analytics widgets now load as expected. | – | ||
| AC-27663 | Pay Transparency | An issue was corrected in Pay Transparency where uploading a CSV file with fewer columns than the expected schema caused the document integration process to fail entirely, preventing the document from being generated or delivered. The document integration service now validates the column count of uploaded CSV files before processing and returns a clear, structured validation error for malformed files rather than an unhandled system fault. | – | ||
| AC-27748 | Data Foundation | Three new pay transparency reports were introduced to support compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The Employee Pay Explainability Report and Pay Transparency Bulk Data Report allow HR and compliance teams to view, filter, and export compensation comparison metrics across peer groups using averages, medians, and standardized distance indicators. The Employee Right to Request Report (Article 7) enables organizations to respond to employee requests for pay information by providing aggregated peer comparison data in line with Article 7 requirements. | – | ||
| AC-27749 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Builder > Compensation Rounds, the budget rule editor has been upgraded to the same advanced calculation engine used for calculated columns and eligibility rules, giving Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins access to a significantly wider set of field types when building budget formulas. The standalone Criteria block has been removed — filtering logic is now expressed directly inside the formula using conditional expressions (for example, applying a budget only to workers in a specific country). Existing budget rules are automatically converted to the new format, and budget allocations are recalculated in real time in Team Planner whenever a referenced field value changes. | – | ||
| AC-27753 | Compensation Management | A Bool (true/false) data type was added as a fourth option for custom columns in Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, alongside the existing Decimal, String, and Date types. Compensation Admins can now create Bool custom columns — such as 'Eligible for off-cycle?' or 'Approved by HR?' — which Compensation Managers and HRBPs can then set to True, False, or leave empty directly in the Team Planner, with support for filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, and inclusion in calculated column formulas, eligibility formulas, and Proposal Management. Bool custom column values are exported as TRUE or FALSE (uppercase) in Payroll data drop and Planner Export outputs, with empty cells representing null values. | – | ||
| AC-27874 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Custom Entities, entering an invalid character such as a space or special character in the Entity Name or Field Name fields previously displayed a generic HTTP 400 error that did not identify the problematic field or explain how to correct the input. Error messages in this context were improved and now clearly indicate which fields contain invalid values and specify which characters are permitted. | – | ||
| AC-27900 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Team Planner, Proposal Management rules can now target custom input columns in addition to compensation elements, allowing Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins to pre-populate custom input column values per worker at round publish or republish using either a source field or a formula. Once pre-populated, Compensation Managers and HRBPs see a proposal indicator on the cell in Team Planner and can edit, clear, or restore the value to the proposed one, with audit attribution recorded as 'System' for unchanged values and the actual user for modified values. | – | ||
| AC-27994 | Data Foundation | Users with access to Business Matrices can now view a list of all Business Matrices configured for their tenant, including each matrix's name, description, last updated date, and status. The page also displays a summary of the total number of matrices and a breakdown by status (Draft, Active, Ready, and Deactivated), with matrices sorted alphabetically by name. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-28044 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management, the Entity column in data points tables now displays the human-readable display name for Custom Entities (for example, 'Worker Extension') instead of the untranslated technical schema name (for example, 'WorkerExtension'). This improvement applies to both the Column Configuration modal and the Payroll Data Drop configuration screen, including Entity filter chips, making it easier for compensation admins to identify and work with Custom Entity data points. | – | ||
| AC-28053 | Compensation Management | Compensation admins can now configure calculated fields — defined in the Data Model attached to a compensation round — directly within Workbench > Column Configuration, with full feature parity to regular Data Model fields, including visibility toggling, display name editing, and conditional formatting. Once a round is published, compensation managers and HRBPs can view the pre-computed calculated field values as read-only columns in the Team Planner grid, with support for sorting and filtering, and calculated field columns are also included in the Validation Report, Planner Export, Payroll Export, round duplication, and the Round Management Portal. | – | ||
| AC-28056 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Calculated Columns, Proposal Management, and Eligibility advanced calculation editors, as well as the Token Calculation editor, Compensation Admins can now reference Data Model calculated fields directly in formulas. These fields appear in the autocomplete suggestions alongside other Data Model fields, and their pre-computed values are correctly resolved when formulas are evaluated, with results displayed in the Team Planner grid. | – | ||
| AC-28112 | Pay Transparency | A details drawer was added to the bulk actions page in Planner, allowing pay information managers to drill into the individual request statuses that make up a bulk action, with filtering options to narrow results by column facets. For completed bulk actions, the drawer provides a CSV export option that includes error details — such as an error message column explaining why individual actions failed — along with additional document-specific columns for bulk document generation actions. | – | ||
| AC-28153 | Compensation Management | A Percentage formatting option was added for Decimal custom and calculated fields in Workbench > Compensation Round > Datapoints. When enabled by a Compensation Admin, Team Planner columns mapped to those fields display stored decimal values as percentages (e.g., 0.2 is shown as 20%), and Compensation Managers and HRBPs can enter values directly as percentages during input. Exported values always retain the underlying decimal format regardless of the flag setting. | – | ||
| 153240 | AC-28221 | Performance Management | In Planner > Team Dashboard, the Reassigned label was incorrectly displayed on compensation decisions that had not been reassigned to another manager. The logic for determining reassignment status has been corrected, and the label now accurately reflects the actual status of each compensation decision. | – | |
| AC-28313 | Data Foundation | Deep links to platform setup pages in Workbench > Platform Setup were broken, causing users to encounter an error page instead of the intended setup view. This occurred because the route was removed or renamed without updating the corresponding navigation links. The route has been corrected so that navigating to platform setup links now loads the appropriate page as expected. | – | ||
| AC-28544 | Compensation Management | A visual glitch in Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds was corrected where scrolling quickly through the compensation rounds list caused the page content to jitter and the scroll bar to oscillate up and down by 1–2 pixels. An auxiliary scroll element rendered by the table display component was interfering with vertical scrolling, causing the instability. This element has been hidden, and the list now scrolls smoothly without any visual disruption. | – | ||
| AC-28565 | Pay Transparency | In the Team Inbox, the documents list now displays the file size beneath each document name, giving HRBPs and Compensation managers clearer visibility into their document selections. When attempting a bulk download, users now receive an informative error message showing the exact size values if their selection exceeds the allowed download limit, preventing the download from being triggered unnecessarily. | – | ||
| AC-28639 | Pay Transparency | Performance tests were created for the Bulk Download of documents feature, covering a range of document sizes and volumes to measure execution times under varied load conditions. The tests are automated to set up and tear down independently and can be executed from a pipeline. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| 152597 | AC-28654 | Data Foundation | In Analytics Hub > Performance Reviews, the Manager Final Rating Comment field failed to display data for reviews that did not use total scores, due to those reviews being excluded from the underlying scoring datasets. The data retrieval logic was updated to include all reviews regardless of whether total scores were present, and the Manager Final Rating Comment now displays correctly. | – | |
| AC-28685 | Data Foundation | Data Foundation Admins and Support role users can now create and manage Data File Categories in Workbench > Data Management > Data Upload. Categories can be configured with a name, description, and up to five webhooks, and are required before file uploads become available in the Data File & Transform page. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-28688 | Data Foundation | Users with the appropriate permissions can now edit existing File Upload Categories, updating the category name, description, and associated webhooks. Changes made to a category are automatically applied to all draft submissions assigned to that category, keeping submission workflows current without requiring manual intervention. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-28744 | Authorization | A security vulnerability was corrected in which the SCIM API (a user provisioning interface used to manage accounts and roles) failed to enforce authorization checks, allowing any authenticated user to list all tenant users, create new accounts, or escalate their own privileges. The affected SCIM endpoints have been fully decommissioned and now return an HTTP 404 response to prevent unauthorized access. | – | ||
| AC-28746 | Performance Management | Legacy API endpoints used for company theme management were removed after a security audit identified that they lacked appropriate access controls, allowing unprivileged users to create or modify tenant branding configurations. These endpoints were confirmed to be no longer in use, and their removal has no impact on platform functionality. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-28747 | Authorization | Two unused API endpoints were removed from the Users controller to reduce unnecessary exposure and simplify the codebase. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-28748 | Performance Management | A security vulnerability was corrected where an authenticated user could access the check-in data (such as performance reviews and continuous check-ins) of any other user in their tenant by manipulating user identifiers in an API request. Object-level access control has been enforced on the check-ins listing service so that users can only retrieve check-in data they are authorized to view. | – | ||
| AC-28762 | Authorization | Several cache and memory management endpoints were secured following an external security audit that identified missing access controls. The affected endpoints have been removed or restricted so that they are no longer accessible without proper authentication and administrative authorization, reducing the risk of unauthorized cache manipulation or unintended system state changes. | – | ||
| AC-28765 | Authorization | An unused internal logging controller and all its associated API routes were removed from the API Gateway to eliminate unauthenticated access points that could have been used to inject arbitrary data into application logs. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-28811 | Compensation Management | Two new operational roles — Compensation Advisory and Auditor — are now available in Workbench > Compensation and Planner > Compensation, allowing organizations to support users who manage compensation for populations defined by attributes such as country or legal entity rather than by position in the organizational hierarchy. Both roles can be configured as round, stage, and workflow step actors in Workbench, and when active, users assigned these roles can view and edit compensation proposals, approve or reject workflow steps, and add notes — scoped to the worker population defined by their assigned security groups. On rounds that existed prior to this update, both roles appear as disabled actors to avoid retroactively granting access; newly created rounds include both roles as enabled actors by default. | – | ||
| AC-28910 | Pay Transparency | In Workbench > Communication > Document Templates, administrators can now define language and formatting options for numbers and dates at the individual template level. Per template, users can configure the display language, date format, thousand separator, decimal separator, and decimal precision, with a live preview showing how values will appear in generated documents. | – | ||
| AC-28923 | Authorization | HRBPs were incorrectly receiving notifications for workers they had access to through attribute-based assignments, even when access had been granted exclusively through an explicit access control list. The notification recipient logic was not properly prioritizing explicit access list assignments when both grant types were present on the same record. This was corrected so that when a worker is assigned to an HRBP via an explicit access control list, only those workers are used to determine notification recipients. | – | ||
| AC-28989 | Pay Transparency | When attempting to create a Pay Analytics dataset in Snapshot Manager, users previously received a generic error message when a worker record was missing a required field value. Users are now shown a descriptive message identifying the specific field that is missing data, making it easier to diagnose and resolve the issue before retrying. | – | ||
| AC-29053 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Builder > Compensation Rounds, Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins can now select 'Date' as a return type when configuring calculated columns, enabling the creation of date-derived columns — such as effective dates, anniversary dates, or target review dates — without encoding dates as strings. Date calculated columns are displayed in Team Planner using each user's configured date format, support filtering and sorting with the same operators available on standard date fields, and are included in Payroll Data Drop and Planner Export outputs. | – | ||
| AC-29136 | Performance Management | Critical and high-severity security vulnerabilities in NuGet packages (software libraries used by beqom's backend services) were resolved across seven Accelerate backend services. All affected packages were updated or removed, and no changes were made to application functionality or user-facing behavior. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29149 | Compensation Management | A new NULL() function was added to the advanced calculation engine (the formula processing system used in Compensation Rounds) and is now available in the Compensation Round formula editor under the Conditional category, alongside IF, ISNULL, and COALESCE. Formula authors can use NULL() to explicitly return a null value in formulas — for example, in Guidelines steps — allowing the system to apply its configured fallback behavior instead of treating a zero or empty value as a real result. | – | ||
| AC-29188 | Data Foundation | Two new pages — Pay Gap Reporting (EUPTD) and Worker & Category Comparison — were added to Pay Transparency reporting, expanding the platform's support for EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance. Authorized users can now view how an individual employee's compensation compares against average male, female, and overall group values, along with the distribution of compensation elements across gender groups, using analytics logic consistent with existing Pay Analytics explainability capabilities. | – | ||
| AC-29220 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Snapshot Manager, the Create button did not respond when a user selected 'Custom' under the worker category configuration and then unchecked that option, because the 'Custom' selection was not properly cleared. This was corrected so that unchecking the worker category configuration option now clears the selection, and the snapshot is created as expected. | – | ||
| AC-29227 | Data Foundation | The Pay Transparency EUPTD semantic model (a data structure used to power compensation reports) was enhanced to include additional statistical measures such as median compensation, median pay gap between female and male employees, minimum and maximum compensation amounts, and 25th and 75th percentile values, all broken down by category and gender. These additions enable more comprehensive pay equity reporting. | – | ||
| AC-29281 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, calculated fields and calculation-driven input cells now display a clear error indicator when a Planner Calculation fails to produce a result for a worker, replacing the previous behavior where affected cells appeared blank or showed stale data. Compensation Managers and HRBPs can hover over any failed cell to see an explanatory tooltip, and where the cell is editable, they can manually enter a value to override the error and proceed with their compensation review. | – | ||
| AC-29291 | Data Foundation | The Pay Transparency document settings data model was updated so that when anonymization is disabled, the visibility indicators for average category, female, and male pay figures are always shown as visible when global display rules are applied. This ensures that pay transparency statement outputs consistently reflect the correct visibility state under these conditions. | – | ||
| AC-29295 | Data Foundation | The recipe and connector used to process ADP payroll data were optimized to improve task usage efficiency. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29312 | Performance Management | An unauthenticated internal service endpoint used to trigger sensitive content scans on performance reviews was removed from the API gateway and replaced with an authenticated endpoint available only within the test infrastructure. Production sensitive content scanning continues to operate as before via the scheduled job. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29319 | Authorization | Unused maintenance route endpoints in the API gateway (the service layer that routes requests between components) were removed as part of a security hardening effort identified during a penetration test. The associated non-functional maintenance controls were also removed from the back-office interface. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29409 | Data Foundation | Access to Calculated Fields is now restricted to authorized roles, ensuring that non-technical users cannot view or modify them. Users with the Configuration, DataFoundationAdmin, or Support roles have full access to Calculated Fields, while DataModelerAdmin users can view them in the context of Data Models. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29425 | Pay Transparency | In Planner > Pay Information, a 404 error was incorrectly displayed when HRBPs attempted to generate a document using a snapshot that did not include data for the selected worker. This was corrected so that a clear, descriptive message — "Data source selected does not include data for this worker" — is now shown instead. | – | ||
| AC-29451 | Data Foundation | CSV files downloaded from Data Platform > Snapshots, Exchange Rates, and Custom Labels now include a UTF-8 BOM (a marker that signals to applications like Microsoft Excel that the file uses UTF-8 encoding), ensuring that non-English characters such as accented letters display correctly when the file is opened. Both CSV downloads and uploads in these areas now also respect the tenant-level CSV separator setting (comma or semicolon), ensuring consistent parsing and column alignment. | – | ||
| AC-29477 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the audit trail did not log individual proposal deletions when an in-progress round was republished with the 'Delete entities' option enabled — only a single generic 'Republished round' entry was recorded. This was corrected, and the audit trail now distinguishes between republish actions that removed proposals and those that did not, providing Compensation managers with a more accurate and complete record of round activity. | – | ||
| AC-29489 | Data Foundation | The tenant-level CSV separator setting has been moved from Workbench > Data Management > Data Upload to Workbench > Data Management > Data Settings, reflecting that this setting applies to all CSV uploads and downloads across the platform. Users with the Configuration, DataFoundationAdmin, or Support roles can view and update this setting in its new location. | – | ||
| AC-29576 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view, deleting a column group now keeps the group's member fields in the position previously occupied by the group, preserving their relative order. Previously, deleting a group caused its member fields to be moved to the end of the column list, requiring Compensation admins to manually reposition them. | – | ||
| AC-29589 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the guideline validation icon in money and number proposal cells has been moved to the left side of the cell. This ensures that numeric values remain consistently aligned down the column whether or not a guideline flag is present, making figures easier to scan and compare at a glance. | – | ||
| AC-29604 | Data Foundation | Deployment automation was added for the Power BI project, enabling release managers to deploy data lake-oriented reports and semantic models via GitHub Actions. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29728 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the Expand/Collapse toggle on the Budget Panel has been repositioned to remain fixed in the top-right corner at all times. Previously, the toggle scrolled out of view when users scrolled horizontally through the budget cards, making it unreachable. The toggle is now always visible and accessible regardless of scroll position. | – | ||
| AC-29755 | Compensation Management | An issue was corrected in Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds where changing the bonus plan on an In Progress compensation round's pending draft caused the Key Dates (Period start date, Period end date, and Bonus plan effective date) and the configured population to be cleared. Because these fields are read-only on an In Progress pending draft and could not be re-entered, the round was left in an invalid state and "Validate & Publish" returned an error, preventing republishing. The bonus plan change now preserves the existing Key Dates and population, allowing "Validate & Publish" to complete successfully. | – | ||
| 154750 | AC-29773 | Data Foundation | An issue was corrected where the EU Pay Transparency report failed to refresh, returning a duplicate value error. The error occurred because two component codes differed only in letter capitalization, which is not permitted when a column is used to establish a relationship in the data model. The semantic model can now be refreshed without error. | – | |
| AC-29787 | Data Foundation | An issue was corrected in the Notifications Hub where missing localization files triggered a high volume of false error entries in the internal monitoring system (Datadog), obscuring genuine errors. The root cause was that 'file not found' responses from blob storage were treated as hard failures and logged as errors, with no caching of the negative result, causing repeated lookups for every notification token. Missing localization files are now handled as expected non-error outcomes, logged at an appropriate level, and cached to prevent repeated lookups. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29793 | Pay Transparency | Internal guidelines for the beqom AI assistant used by the development team were updated. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29811 | Pay Transparency | The Machine Learning service (which powers Pay Analytics, model management, and related compensation analysis features) was upgraded to .NET 10, the latest supported runtime platform, to ensure continued performance and supportability. A fix was also applied to ensure numeric values in training data files are read and written consistently regardless of the server's regional locale settings. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29814 | Pay Transparency | The Pay Transparency service (the component that handles document management, pay information requests, communication rounds, and digital reward statements) was upgraded to run on .NET 10, with all supporting libraries updated to their latest compatible versions. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29817 | Pay Transparency | The Document Generation Service (the component responsible for producing downloadable documents such as PDFs) was upgraded to .NET 10 (the latest version of the underlying software framework). This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29857 | Compensation Management | In Team Planner, the Excel export now reflects the active Browse-by population selection in addition to any grid filters applied. HRBPs and Compensation managers will find that both 'Export current page' and 'Export all pages' accurately match the population displayed in the grid. | – | ||
| AC-29869 | Authorization | A new boolean field, isPasswordsUpdated, was added to the internal synchronization diagnostic log (a support tool used to monitor and troubleshoot the user password setup process during identity synchronization). This change enables Support teams to determine precisely when the password creation process has completed. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29887 | Data Foundation | In Passport > Goals, two new fields have been added to the Goal Details report. Users can now view the 'Goal Description' field (displayed to the right of Goal Title, with HTML formatting removed and text truncated to a configurable character limit) and the 'Progress Tracking' field (displayed to the right of Progress), which shows how each goal's progress is being tracked — manually or automatically. | – | ||
| AC-29895 | Performance Management | When editing a published Talent Review template in Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates, the Delete option in the three-dots menu was not appearing for newly added questions. This occurred because the menu logic was not accounting for questions that had not yet been saved. The Delete option now correctly appears for questions added during the current editing session, while remaining hidden for questions that were already published. The same correction was applied to Career Development plan questionnaire editing. | – | ||
| AC-29897 | Performance Management | In Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates, the delete icon for answer options in Checkbox and Radio Button questions remained incorrectly enabled when editing a published Talent Review template, allowing existing options to be removed down to a single default option. The delete icon is now correctly disabled for all answer options that existed at the time of publishing, while answer options newly added during the current editing session remain deletable. | – | ||
| AC-29898 | Performance Management | In Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates, validation errors when editing a published Talent Review template were displayed only after clicking Republish inside the confirmation popup, rather than upon the initial Republish button click. This was corrected so that validation now runs immediately when the Republish button is clicked, and the confirmation popup opens only when all required fields are valid. | – | ||
| AC-29917 | Authorization | The MongoDB driver (a library used to communicate with the MongoDB database) was updated to version 3.x across Accelerate services to ensure compatibility with the .NET 10 platform upgrade. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29924 | Data Foundation | In Data Viewer, users now receive contextual guidance messages when working with large datasets. While data is loading, a message advises that loading may take a couple of minutes and instructs users not to reload the page; if loading fails due to dataset size, users are prompted to apply filters to reduce the dataset. Additionally, when an entity contains more than 10,000 records, the record count is displayed as '10,000+' rather than an exact figure. | – | ||
| AC-29935 | Performance Management | In Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates, the 'View' action in the three-dot menu was incorrectly displayed to Talent Review role users who were not the template owner, redirecting them to a 403 Access Denied page when clicked. The 'View' action is now hidden for users who do not own the template, ensuring only authorized users can access template actions. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29938 | Pay Transparency | The automated test suite for pay transparency features — covering Documents, Pay Information Requests, Communication Rounds, and Digital Reward Statements — was optimized to improve execution speed and reliability between test runs. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-29943 | Pay Transparency | The Template field was not properly retained after generating a document via bulk action for a pay information request. This issue was corrected, and the Template field now displays the correct value following document generation. | – | ||
| AC-29947 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Entity Browser, the total row count query for large entities (more than 10,000 rows) was causing page load timeouts and error 500 responses. The count query is now capped so that large entities load the first page quickly, displaying '10,000+' when the total exceeds the cap, while entities with fewer rows continue to show an exact count. | – | ||
| AC-29950 | Performance Management | Changes made within the Talent Review Template editing wizard in Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates were not preserved when navigating between steps, causing fields to revert to their previously saved values. Form data is now retained across all wizard steps throughout the editing session, ensuring that edits are not lost when moving forward or backward between steps. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29980 | Performance Management | A new 'Hide goal results until published' setting was added to the first tab of the goal plan configuration in Passport > Goals. When enabled by a goal administrator, goal results entered by managers remain hidden from employees until the plan is published, applying to all organization goals and to individual goals where progress and measurement criteria can be edited by managers only. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29981 | Performance Management | In Planner > Goals, managers can now save individual goal results in draft mode before publishing them to employees, providing a safe workspace to enter and refine measurement criteria and overall progress values without exposing unfinished results. Draft values are displayed in light green alongside the last published values, and managers can publish all draft results at once using the Publish drafted results button when ready. This feature is activated when the Goal Plan has the 'Hide goal results until published' setting enabled and the employee is not an authorized editor of the relevant progress fields. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-29999 | Data Foundation | The row-level security dataset (a mechanism that controls which worker records are visible in Power BI reports) was updated to include a contextual role parameter, allowing access to be filtered based on a user's assigned security group role. As a result, users with the Analytics role now see only the workers that belong to their assigned security groups when viewing Power BI reports. | – | ||
| 146947 | AC-30008 | Authorization | A duplicate email or username conflict affecting one employee record was incorrectly treated as a critical failure during user synchronization when the feature flag was enabled, blocking the creation and update of all other valid users. The error handling was corrected so that duplicate key conflicts are now isolated to the affected record, allowing all other users to continue to be successfully created or updated. Conflicting records are also now clearly reported in sync logs to simplify troubleshooting. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | |
| AC-30031 | Compensation Management | The OpenSSL libraries (used to handle encrypted communications and cryptographic operations) within the platform's Docker base image were updated to address multiple security vulnerabilities identified by an automated vulnerability scan, including one high-severity issue. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30043 | Data Foundation | Performance improvements were made to the Modeler calculated-fields snapshot runner, reducing the processing time required to evaluate and write large volumes of calculated field data. The calculation engine package was also updated to a newer version. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30067 | Data Foundation | Incorrect error messages in the Custom Entity creation wizard were corrected. Previously, validation messages contradicted each other by flagging hyphens and underscores as invalid characters while also stating they are permitted, causing confusion about how to correct invalid names. Error messages now accurately reflect which characters are allowed or disallowed so that users can resolve invalid names without ambiguity. | – | ||
| AC-30068 | Pay Transparency | Request auditing was added to the PT Service (an internal compensation processing service) to improve traceability and monitoring of system activity. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30071 | Pay Transparency | Audit request logging was added to the ML Service (the machine learning service used to power AI-driven features) for web context requests. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30074 | Pay Transparency | Audit logging was added to the web context within the Document Generation Service to track and record incoming requests. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30086 | Pay Transparency | In Pay Information Request > Bulk Actions, active filter selections (such as search terms, date ranges, and status filters) are now preserved in the page URL. Users can reload the page, navigate away and return, or share a direct link and have the same filtered view automatically restored. | – | ||
| AC-30116 | Data Foundation | An issue in Analytics Hub was corrected where users with manager access enabled but no analytics profiles assigned would see a literal '0' rendered in place of the profile dropdown, along with a reports list and report area that remained in an indefinite loading state with no explanation. The hub now displays a clear message informing the user that no analytics profile was found for their account. | – | ||
| AC-30118 | Compensation Management | Date values exported from the Team Planner were displayed in mm/dd/yyyy format instead of the ISO yyyy-mm-dd format used across all other Excel exports in the platform. This inconsistency was caused by a separate date format setting applied specifically to the Team Planner export. The format has been corrected to yyyy-mm-dd, consistent with all other exports. | – | ||
| AC-30120 | Data Foundation | Claude AI development plugins were enabled at the repository level across several internal services, ensuring that all team members working in those repositories automatically have the tools available without requiring manual setup. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30180 | Data Foundation | Access to Calculated Fields is now granted to users with the Configuration role, aligning it with the roles already permitted to manage Custom Entities (DataFoundationAdmin, Configuration, and Support). Users without one of these designated roles will not be able to view or modify Calculated Fields, ensuring this technical configuration area remains accessible only to appropriate personnel. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| 155173 | AC-30240 | Data Foundation | An issue was corrected in Data Foundation where an oversized data synchronization message exceeded the message broker's size limit, causing the ingestion process to retry continuously and permanently block all subsequent ingestion jobs until the service was manually restarted. The ingestion orchestrator now enforces a hard cancellation timeout so that a stuck ingestion is stopped and its processing slot is released within the configured timeout window, and oversized messages are now detected and rejected immediately before any broker communication, allowing the failure to be recorded and subsequent ingestions to proceed normally. | – | |
| AC-30250 | Authorization | An issue was corrected in Workbench > Platform Setup > Security & Roles where clicking 'Export roles' under Bulk edition via CSV returned an error and failed to download the role configuration file. The issue was caused by a breaking change in the MongoDB driver (the database connector library) that altered how certain identifier fields were stored, leading to a type mismatch when the export was triggered for users created after the driver upgrade. The export now completes successfully regardless of when the user record was created. | – | ||
| AC-30287 | Pay Transparency | In Pay Information Requests, active filter states are now preserved in the URL as query parameters, allowing users to bookmark or share a filtered view and return to the exact same state. Navigating away from the page — for example, opening a request detail and returning — no longer resets active filters or pagination. | – | ||
| AC-30297 | Pay Transparency | An issue was corrected where the pay information requests list and counters became unavailable with a server error for tenants using local rule settings. Following a platform dependency upgrade, the MongoDB driver (the component used to read and write data to the database) could no longer deserialize GUID fields stored in tenant settings documents, causing requests to fail. A compatible GUID serializer has been registered so that settings documents are read correctly and the affected endpoints return results as expected. | – | ||
| AC-30312 | Authorization | An issue was corrected where the HR Data Sync process would fail with database timeout errors when processing datasets larger than 30,000 records, due to a performance bottleneck in the duplicate detection query. The query has been optimized to handle high-volume datasets of up to 150,000 records reliably and without errors. | – | ||
| AC-30335 | Data Foundation | A duplicate version conflict in the Foundation database migration runner (the component responsible for applying schema updates) was resolved by renumbering the BusinessMatrix migrations from version 97/98 to 98/99. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30409 | Performance Management | In Talent Review, managers now receive detailed validation feedback when a bulk submission partially fails. A new validation banner lists each employee on the current page who could not be submitted, along with the specific reason — missing mandatory ratings, unanswered mandatory questions, or both — and affected employee rows are highlighted in red until their issues are resolved. This feature is currently behind a feature flag and is not yet available to all customers. | Yes | ||
| AC-30420 | Data Foundation | In Data Viewer, loading a large entity (such as Employment with approximately 2 million records) previously resulted in a generic error message when the request timed out. The error handling was updated so that timeout and cancellation scenarios now return accurate status responses instead of a generic server error, providing clearer feedback during large data loads. | – | ||
| AC-30441 | Data Foundation | Database setup scripts (internal scripts that create and configure database tables on deployment) for the BusinessMatrix and EntityExportJobs components were updated to include existence checks, preventing errors when the scripts were run against environments where those database structures had already been created. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30444 | Data Foundation | Translation support was added to the Accelerate semantic model (the data model powering embedded Power BI reports), enabling report users to view reports in their preferred language. The language selected in the host application is automatically applied to report content, including column names, measures, filters, and dashboard labels. | – | ||
| AC-30486 | Data Foundation | The Accelerate Direct Lake semantic model (a high-performance data access layer used to load report data) was deployed to additional environments. Reports for Goals, System Usage & Roles, Performance Reviews, and Performance Review & Goals and Behaviours now load data using this updated model. This change is internal and has no direct impact on users. | – | ||
| AC-30602 | Pay Transparency | The JsonVariables column in bulk action export details was not limited to the variables actually used by the document generation template, causing exported spreadsheet cells to exceed Excel's 32,767-character limit and resulting in truncated or oversized data. This was corrected so that the JsonVariables column now contains only the variable values referenced by the template, reducing export file size and ensuring the data displays correctly in Excel. | – | ||
| AC-30637 | Performance Management | An error message stating 'There was an error validating the file. Please check the column names, mandatory data, and file format and try again.' was incorrectly displayed in Workbench > Performance Management > Sensitive Content Filtering when uploading a valid sensitive words template. This was caused by an incompatibility between a recently updated Excel processing library and the container environment, which prevented files from being read correctly. The issue was resolved by reverting to a prior version of the library that processes files entirely in memory, and uploads of valid templates now complete successfully. | – | ||
| 155353 | AC-30707 | Pay Transparency | An issue was corrected in Planner > Pay Information where users were unable to send and close a Pay Information Request. The failure was caused by a template verification call that was timing out before completing. The underlying call has been replaced with a more reliable communication method, and send and close now completes successfully. | – | |
