| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| 144109 | AC-22139 | Data Foundation | In Analytics > Career Development > Questions & Answers, the Answer type filter previously opened in advanced filtering mode by default, unlike the other filters, and displayed answer types as numeric codes (1, 2, 3) instead of names. The filter now opens in basic filtering mode by default and shows the corresponding labels: Text input, Checkbox, and Radio button. | |
| AC-24205 | Authorization | The platform now enforces a single active session per user across devices and browsers. When a user signs in from a new browser or device, any previously active session is revoked, and further requests from that session return an unauthorized error. Automatic redirection to the login screen for revoked sessions is planned for a later release. | ||
| AC-30054 | Compensation Management | In Comp Round > Comp Review, a new maximize/minimize toggle in the grid toolbar lets reviewers expand the worker grid to fill the screen, temporarily hiding the Workflow, Budget, and Population panels for easier review of compensation data. Filters, sorting, pagination, row selection, and population selections are preserved when toggling between views. Collapsed panels now show at-a-glance summaries (current stage, budget spend, and worker counts), and the default layout is roomier, with the budget summary starting collapsed and the population panel narrower for smaller screens. | ||
| AC-30175 | Compensation Management | In custom column configuration for compensation rounds, drop-down list columns can now source their options from an Enum or Entity reference in Data Foundation, in addition to the existing static list. Enum sourcing pulls the code and label directly from the referenced enum, while Entity sourcing lets configurers select a non-effective-dated custom entity and its text fields to populate the dropdown. | ||
| AC-30243 | Pay Transparency | Bulk Action Details now distinguishes between documents that failed during generation and those that were never attempted because required setup was missing (such as a missing mapping, template, or document configuration). These skipped items now display a new Not Generated status instead of being shown as Failed, giving clearer visibility into why a document wasn't produced. Existing records remain marked as Failed and are not retroactively updated. | ||
| AC-30760 | Pay Transparency | Under Planner > Pay information > Requests, filters applied to the requests list (status, search, pagination, and sort order) are now preserved when navigating to the Create, View, or Edit pages and returning via Cancel, Close, Save & Exit, or Send & Close. Previously, filters were only retained when using the Back action, requiring users to reapply them after other navigation actions. | ||
| 155678 | AC-31016 | Performance Management | In Planner, managers with more than 50 direct reports previously saw only the first 50 workers, in alphabetical order, in the workers dropdown, making reportees beyond the letter N unreachable. The dropdown now returns the manager's complete worker list across Goals, Reviews, Feedback, Check-Ins, Career Development, the Team Dashboard, and the Career Development manager view, and direct links to a worker beyond the first 50 now correctly select that worker instead of defaulting to the first one in the list. | |
| AC-31111 | Pay Transparency | Under Planner > Pay information > Requests, HRBP and read-only roles can now filter the requests list, as well as the Generate documents and Close & release modals, by creation type 'HRBP' to quickly locate requests created by HRBPs. | ||
| AC-31265 | Pay Transparency | The RequestDate variable used in generated letters now displays only the date of the request, without the time. A new RequestTime variable was added to display the time of the request separately. Both variables follow the date and time format configured in the template used. | ||
| 156075 | AC-31373 | Data Foundation | An issue causing out-of-memory errors during Power BI semantic model refreshes for some tenants was investigated and addressed to improve reliability when multiple tenants refresh their semantic models concurrently. | |
| 156483 | AC-31598 | Data Foundation | Republishing a compensation round could fail with an error when a calculated field's formula referenced a custom entity that was linked to the Worker entity, causing an exception during the snapshot creation step. Compensation rounds containing such calculated fields now republish successfully. | |
