| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-26111 | Data Foundation | Custom Labelling CSV uploads now create a new labeling version for the affected language each time the data is modified, capturing metadata such as version number, operation type, timestamp, user, and the number of affected labels. This lays the foundation for future capabilities such as version history, cleanup, and restore. | ||
| AC-26153 | Data Foundation | The legacy GoalAchievement and GoalPlanTypeAssignment entities were removed from the Data Foundation schema, having been fully superseded by GoalAchievementNew, Goal, and GoalPlan. These entities are no longer available in Data Viewer, Export, or entity selection anywhere in the product. | ||
| AC-26156 | Data Foundation | The legacy CompensationHistory entity in Data Foundation entered a controlled deprecation state: new data can no longer be ingested into it, and it is now hidden from Data Viewer and unavailable for selection in new models or configurations. Existing models and snapshots that already reference CompensationHistory continue to work without disruption. | ||
| AC-29644 | Pay Transparency | Under Planner > Pay information, the requests grid can now be sorted by the Alert column in addition to the default request date order. Clicking a sortable column cycles through ascending, descending, and no sort, while respecting any filters applied and resetting the view to the first page. | ||
| AC-29651 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Create/Edit round > Actors and round access step, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now configure which columns each actor sees in the Team Planner, independently per actor role, while the round is in draft. All actors start with default column visibility, which can be customized as needed. | ||
| AC-29670 | Compensation Management | In the Team Planner, each actor now sees only the columns configured as visible for their role, resolved automatically when they open the grid or switch actors using the View as function. Compensation managers, Compensation Manager +1, HRBPs, compensation advisory, and auditor roles each apply their own independently configured column set, including in the Individual View. | ||
| AC-29673 | Compensation Management | In the Round Management Portal's Configuration Overview tab, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now view the full per-actor column visibility configuration in read-only mode for rounds that are ready, in progress, or closed. | ||
| AC-29688 | Pay Transparency | Snapshots without a defined worker category are no longer displayed in the mapping configuration or the planner for pay information requests, since such snapshots cannot support meaningful peer comparisons. These snapshots now correctly inherit worker category settings from global or local configurations, and a backend filter excludes any snapshot without worker category usage enabled from both views. | ||
| AC-29944 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Edit comp round > Team Planner View (step 5) > Column Configuration tab, Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins can now access a column's setup directly from icon buttons in a new Configuration column, without first opening the Name-cell drawer. Icons indicate at a glance whether a column already has formatting, proposal, budget, eligibility, or guideline rules configured, and clicking a column's name now opens a single hub listing all available setup options as tiles. | ||
| AC-29984 | Performance Management | Organization goal owners can now edit draft goal achievement results and publish them once finalized, keeping unfinished results hidden from employees and managers until officially published. When the goal's owner and creator are different people, only the owner can view and edit the draft; the creator and the assigned population cannot see or edit draft values. | ||
| AC-30222 | Pay Transparency | In Workbench > Model Factory > Pay Analysis Results, the underlying data-loading approach was updated to a more efficient method (useQuery), improving reliability when loading, filtering, searching, sorting, paginating, deleting, and syncing analyses. Success and error feedback throughout this area, including the full-analysis view, Publish to Planner modal, and worker notes drawer, now appears as toast notifications instead of popup banners. | ||
| AC-30452 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Create/Edit round > Actors and round access step, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now control budget widget visibility independently for each actor in the Team Planner, instead of using a single round-level toggle for everyone. Each actor defaults to having the widget enabled, with the option to disable it individually. | ||
| AC-30513 | Compensation Management | In the Team Planner, filters, sorting, and the Audit Trail now adapt to each actor's visible column set. When a Compensation Manager, HRBP, Compensation Advisory, or Auditor switches the active actor using View as, filter options and the Audit Trail's Updated field list are scoped to that actor's visible columns, and active filters and sorting are cleared and reset to defaults to keep the view consistent. | ||
| 155343 | AC-30582 | Localization | Japanese-language email notifications for career development plans regressed to display the text "CPM by beqom," which had previously been removed through an earlier fix. The localization was corrected so Japanese email notifications display the intended wording again. | |
| AC-30713 | Performance Management | Individual goals created before a compensation plan's start date previously used the goal's publish date, which could cause them to be excluded from bonus calculations. The start date logic was corrected so goals created before a plan's start date now use the plan's start date, and goals created on or after that date use the goal's creation date, ensuring accurate inclusion in bonus calculations on Compensation Management side. | ||
| AC-30925 | Experience | The Behaviors page in Passport was redesigned to align with the platform's updated UI direction. Each behavior library now appears in its own section showing the library name, a description that truncates after two lines with a Show more/Show less toggle, a behavior completion chart reused from the Overview's Behaviour Wheel, and behaviors listed as individual clickable items instead of a table. | ||
| AC-30943 | Data Foundation | When creating a new global worker category in Global Worker Manager, the Edit wizard incorrectly opened instead of the Creation wizard, showing an Edit Category banner and an Update button. The Creation wizard now opens as expected, displaying the Create Category banner and Create button. | ||
| AC-31036 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Team Planner View > Column Configuration, the Conditional Formatting modal was redesigned so Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins manage all of a column's rules from a single list/detail layout instead of editing one rule at a time in a drawer. Saving now validates every rule at once, automatically navigating to the first invalid rule if an error is found, with a confirmation banner shown on successful save. | ||
| AC-31039 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Team Planner View > Column Configuration, budget rule and target amount configuration for Bonus and Salary elements moved from a standalone wizard step into a per-element Budget modal, opened from each column's Budget icon. Global Compensation Admins, Compensation Admins, and Round Owners no longer need to select which compensation element a rule applies to, and the round-creation wizard now has one fewer step. | ||
| AC-31042 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Team Planner View > Column Configuration, eligibility rule configuration for Bonus and Salary elements moved from a standalone wizard step into a per-element Eligibility modal, opened from each column's Eligibility icon. Global Compensation Admins, Compensation Admins, and Round Owners no longer need to select a compensation element when creating a rule, and the round-creation wizard now has one fewer step. | ||
| AC-31045 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Team Planner column configuration, Global Compensation Admins, Compensation Admins, and Round Owners now configure guideline rules directly from a Guidelines icon on each Bonus or Salary column, instead of through the separate Guidelines step in the round-creation wizard. Because the modal opens from a specific element's row, admins no longer need to select the compensation element when creating a rule, and the wizard now has one fewer step. | ||
| AC-31048 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Rounds > Round Management Portal, the Team Planner tile on the Overview tab now opens the read-only Team Planner summary in a wide modal instead of a side drawer, mirroring the redesigned configuration layout with the same icons and column order. Global Compensation Admins, Compensation Admins, and Round Owners can preview column formatting, proposal, budget, eligibility, and guideline setup from this view, but cannot edit or delete anything. | ||
| AC-31282 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, the compensation round creation and edit wizard now spans the full width of the browser window, capped and centered on very large monitors, instead of leaving unused space on the sides. The step roadmap navigation panel now has a constant width on every step, so the content area no longer shifts position when moving between steps. Configuration, Compensation, and Global Compensation Admins get more room for fields, tables, and rule editors, while the navigation collapses above the content on narrower screens. | ||
| AC-31300 | Performance Management | In Passport > Reviews, managers could add additional reviewers to a performance review even when the review template's "Allow additional managers to be invited" setting was disabled. The setting is now enforced, so the Additional managers section no longer allows invites when the setting is off. | ||
| AC-31302 | Compensation Management | In the Team Planner grid, percentage-formatted decimal custom and calculated columns did not apply the configured decimal display precision, so a stored value like 0.121 showed as 12.1% instead of 12.100%. The display now honors the configured precision, including trailing zeros, and the proposal restore tooltip now shows the exact stored default value instead of an over-rounded figure. | ||
| 156075 | AC-31373 | Data Foundation | An issue was identified where refreshing Power BI Fabric workspaces for a tenant could fail with an out-of-memory error, particularly when multiple semantic model refreshes ran at the same time. Work is underway so that PowerBI admins can reliably refresh all semantic models for a tenant, including after multi-tenant deployment pipelines, without refresh failures. | |
| AC-31554 | Authorization | The authentication service and API gateway now enforce session invalidation immediately upon logout. This previously implemented but disabled mechanism, which tracks logged-out sessions in a cache, is now active by default: once a user logs out, any further request using that session's access token is rejected. | ||
