| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-28554 | Pay Transparency | The ff_adjusted_pay_gap_calculation feature flag was removed. The full Pay Analysis Results view in Workbench > Pay Intelligence now always shows Model, Recommended, and Final adjusted pay gap figures alongside Current. Also, Recommended and Final gaps in the Planner display based solely on the existing compensation-recommendation and final-offer visibility rules. | ||
| AC-30216 | Pay Transparency | In Planner > Documents, notifications for warnings, errors, and successful actions now appear as toasts instead of pop-ups, consistent with the rest of the application. | ||
| AC-30970 | Compensation Management | IF() formulas in calculated fields now short-circuit like Excel or SQL: only the branch that is actually taken is evaluated, so an unused branch that would previously error (for example, on a divide-by-zero) no longer blocks the calculation, and evaluation is also significantly faster. Value and data function arguments, including LOWER, UPPER, TRIM, ARR_CONTAINS, and ARR_EMPTY, propagate a null input as a warning instead of erroring or crashing. Arguments that control formula logic still require a value and error on null. | ||
| AC-31195 | Compensation Management | The Access Control List (ACL) exception model, used instead of standard Security Groups by a small number of customers, was extended to the Planner and the validation report export in Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds. Previously, HRBP, Compensation Advisory, and Auditor roles saw no workers at all in the Planner when an ACL was configured, and Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins got an unscoped export rather than one limited to the ACL. The Planner and the validation report export now correctly scope to the ACL when one is configured; removing the ACL reverts a user to standard access-based scoping. | ||
| AC-31473 | Compensation Management | Publishing a compensation round and editing values in the Planner are now significantly faster for rounds that use LOOKUP-backed custom entities (business reference data), because that data is now read once per round and shared across every worker's calculation instead of being rebuilt per worker. Calculated LOOKUP values are unchanged; only performance improves, including on rounds with large reference entities. | ||
| AC-32109 | Performance Management | The performance ratings upload feature (bulk CSV import/export) in Workbench > Performance Management > Performance Review Templates is no longer behind a feature flag. Import and export access in the HR portal is now generally available to all customers. | ||
| AC-32193 | Pay Transparency | The feature flag for Response Automation was removed. The Response Automation page and the Automated Action Monitoring page (both under Workbench > Pay Transparency) are no longer gated behind the flag; existing permission and eligibility checks continue to control access as before. | ||
| AC-27309 | Data Foundation | In Data Modeler, Populations, and Worker Category Management within Workbench > Data Management, compensation elements are now grouped under Paid Compensation, Contracted Compensation, and Compensation History instead of being listed as separate flat entities, and are labeled by their external ID and name rather than showing the raw table name. This makes elements with the same name easier to tell apart. | ||
| AC-27891 | Compensation Management | Eligibility rules, previously available only for compensation elements, can now also be configured on custom input columns of any writable type (String, Decimal, Date, Boolean, or drop-down) from Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view step. A column can have multiple eligibility rules; all workers are eligible by default and rules only exclude. An ineligible custom column becomes read-only for that worker in Planner > Compensation, is listed in the ineligibility tooltip, and is counted in the eligibility badge. Eligibility outcomes are also available in the advanced calculation editor and the pre-publish validation report. | ||
| AC-27894 | Compensation Management | Budget rules, previously available only for compensation elements, can now also be configured on Decimal and currency-enabled custom input columns (not Percentage) from Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view step. When an enabled rule targets the column, the Planner's Budget widget shows the configured budget, the amount allocated, the eligible worker count, and the remaining balance for that column, and a target-budget card can target it directly. The budget outcome is also available in the advanced calculation editor and the pre-publish validation report. | ||
| AC-27897 | Compensation Management | Guidelines, previously available only for compensation elements, can now also be configured on Decimal custom input columns (plain, currency, or percentage) from Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view step, with a Minimum and Maximum outcome each defined by its own formula and an optional hard-block toggle. In the Planner, a tooltip shows the configured minimum/maximum; a soft violation warns but still allows saving, while a hard violation blocks saving. Guidelines outcomes are also available in the advanced calculation editor and the pre-publish validation report. | ||
| AC-29667 | Data Foundation | In Analytics Hub, the Adoption & Top Level Summaries report was migrated onto the centralized lakehouse-based analytics architecture, with report output validated to match the previous implementation. | ||
| AC-30415 | Pay Transparency | Under Planner > Pay Information, all columns in the Bulk actions page, the Generate documents modal, and the Close & release modal can now be sorted, matching the sorting already available on the Pay information requests list. | ||
| AC-30785 | Pay Transparency | Under Workbench > Pay Transparency > Communication Rounds, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now explicitly turn off a Communication Manager's access to a communication round, even when an approval hierarchy is configured for it. The setup step is renamed Communication manager access with a dedicated checkbox. Existing rounds with a hierarchy already configured keep access on by default, while new rounds default to access off and require deliberate configuration. | ||
| AC-31352 | Compensation Management | In the LOOKUP formula helper's property picker, a matching parent node found via search can currently be expanded to reach its nested child properties (such as calculated fields), consistent with browsing the tree without a search term. Previously, searching for a property left matching parent nodes visible but not expandable, making some nested properties impossible to reach or select. | ||
| AC-31688 | Compensation Management | The Population panel in Planner > Compensation now has a search field that live-filters the current worker grouping (flat lists, org hierarchy trees, and employee-link trees). It does so by name as the user types, without losing existing checkbox selections. Matching tree nodes keep their full parent chain visible and highlighted; bulk actions apply only to the currently visible, filtered items. | ||
| AC-31814 | Pay Transparency | The Pay Transparency Workbench left-hand navigation was reorganized from four sections down to two (Documents and Pay Information), with several sidebar items renamed (for example, Document Settings to Settings) and compensation round document generation page moved into the Documents group as Comp Round Documents. The pages themselves keep their existing titles, workflows, and permissions; only navigation grouping and labels change. | ||
| AC-31817 | Pay Transparency | Clicking the overdue request reminder notification, or its email link, now opens the target Planner > Pay Information page with the Overdue filter already applied, instead of opening the page unfiltered. | ||
| AC-31820 | Pay Transparency | Clicking the incoming request reminder notification, or its email link, now opens the target Planner > Pay Information page with the New filter already applied. | ||
| AC-31834 | Pay Transparency | Clicking the deadline-approaching request reminder notification, or its email link, now opens the target Planner > Pay Information page with the Approaching deadline filter already applied. | ||
| AC-31859 | Pay Transparency | The Worker ID is now shown alongside the worker's name in the Communication manager review and HRBP review document tables in Planner > Documents, and can be used in the recipient search box together with the worker's name. | ||
| AC-31865 | Pay Transparency | The Request date column on the Pay information requests list in Planner > Pay Information, and the Request date field on the request's details page, now show the date only, without the previous misleading midnight time component. | ||
| AC-31938 | Experience | Scrollbars throughout the application are now hidden by default and appear only when hovering over, or moving keyboard focus into, a scrollable area, on desktop Chrome, Edge, and Firefox; the scrollbar track keeps its width at all times so nothing shifts when the scrollbar appears. Safari keeps its native auto-hiding scrollbars. | ||
| AC-31951 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view step, custom input columns of Decimal type (plain, currency, or percentage) can now require a note when a manager edits a value, matching the existing Required notes behavior for compensation and bonus columns. A toggle in the column's configuration window, off by default, offers Required if outside the guidelines or Always required. A required note cannot be left blank or deleted, and notes on custom columns appear in the worker's Notes tab alongside other notes. | ||
| AC-26732 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Custom Entities, adding a default value to an Integer, Numeric, Date, or String field without also marking the field as required incorrectly returned an error and blocked saving. A default value can now be set on a non-required field without errors. | ||
| AC-27700 | Data Foundation | The cards on the Custom Entities page under Workbench > Data Management now show counts across all Custom Entities, not just the entities on the currently displayed page. | ||
| AC-28503 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Populations, entering a text value into a numeric criteria field (for example, a weekly-hours filter) no longer produces an unhandled 422 error. | ||
| 152222 | AC-29331 | Performance Management | In Planner > Manager dashboard, a manager with more than 10 direct reports could see goal-status counts for only the first 10 workers, with the rest showing zero, because the underlying search returned at most 10 aggregated results by default. All direct reports' goal statuses are now correctly counted and shown, regardless of the team size. | |
| AC-30325 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Populations, applying a Range criteria filter with identical start and end values (for a date or number field) no longer produces an unhandled 422 error. | ||
| AC-30361 | Data Foundation | Previously, ingesting Worker data, then Employment data, and starting an Organization ingestion immediately afterward while the Employment ingestion was still running returned a 400 error. This sequence of ingestions is now handled without an unhandled error. | ||
| AC-31179 | Pay Transparency | Editing an email reminder under Workbench > Platform Setup > Email Notifications no longer changes the reminder's enabled or disabled state; toggling a reminder on or off and editing its content can now be saved independently without one action overwriting the other. | ||
| 155433 | AC-31456 | Performance Management | A new joiner added to a performance review's population, or added manually to a template, could fail to receive a review after republishing, because a stuck internal assignment status silently blocked further processing. Republishing a review template now reliably creates reviews for newly eligible population members and manually added workers, while leaving existing reviews untouched. | |
| AC-31524 | Compensation Management | The read-only view of a Budget rule in the compensation round portal now uses the same formula editor as Eligibility and Guidelines rules, correctly displaying the rule's configuration instead of the old UI, which did not show the details properly. The validation report's Budget section now shows the rule's actual formula instead of empty legacy tables. | ||
| 156212 | AC-31529 | Performance Management | The Performance Management section in Workbench is now hidden entirely when none of its features (Feedback, Check-Ins, Reviews, Career Development) are enabled, instead of appearing as an empty section. Each feature's own settings page is only available while that feature is switched on. HRBPs no longer have access to Career Development Settings. | |
| 156761 | AC-31904 | Data Foundation | Viewing a Custom Labeling line whose translation source was already set to Custom before the latest release returned a 500 error under Workbench > Data Management > Custom Labeling; lines added as Custom after the release were unaffected. Viewing any Custom Labeling line now works correctly regardless of when it was created. | |
| 155243 | AC-31928 | Performance Management | MyPerformance shared-feedback email notifications could show raw technical placeholder text instead of the intended message, in English and Turkish. The predefined notification text now displays correctly in feedback emails across configured languages. | |
| AC-32032 | Pay Transparency | Users with the Read-only role received a 403 error when opening Mapping Configuration under Workbench > Pay Transparency, because a request the page depends on required a level of access Read-only does not have. Read-only users can now open Mapping and view existing mappings, without being able to create or edit them. | ||
| AC-32111 | Pay Transparency | Searching for a worker on the Pay information requests page under Planner > Pay Information only matched workers who also had a linked user account, so a worker without one could not be found even though a request existed for them. Search on this page now matches on the worker record itself, so a worker can be found regardless of whether they have a user account. | ||
| 157171 | AC-32323 | Performance Management | In Passport > Feedback, requesting, sending, or replying to feedback, as well as navigating back from a feedback view, could show an error message even though the action completed successfully, because of a coding issue in a shared scroll-to-top utility. The error message is no longer shown. The underlying feedback action was never affected. | |
| AC-32331 | Pay Transparency | A communication round created before the Communication manager access setting existed, whose value was never backfilled, could not be opened or edited at all. Such rounds are now readable based on whether they have a primary hierarchy configured. Access is granted if one is set, denied if not (but the round remains usable), so no pre-existing round is left unusable. | ||
| AC-32461 | Performance Management | Disabling a Performance Management feature (Feedback, Check-Ins, Reviews, or Career Development) from its own settings page saved successfully but immediately showed a 403 Access Denied page, because the settings page becomes unavailable once its feature is off. Saving now redirects to Workbench > Platform Setup > Feature Enablement with the usual success confirmation whenever the toggle was actually turned off; other settings changes leave the user on the page as before. | ||
