| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-27909 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Bonus calculation equation step, the Target bonus section's basic expression builder was replaced with the advanced formula editor. Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins can now choose between simple and conditional formula types, build if-then branches with a default else branch, and open a full-screen calculation workspace with guided autocomplete, functions, and diagnostics. The step now validates the formula and blocks saving if it is invalid. | ||
| AC-29681 | Data Foundation | Translation support was extended to migrated CPM reports in the centralized lakehouse-based analytics architecture, so translated labels and content now display correctly and behave consistently with legacy report versions. | ||
| AC-31954 | Pay Transparency | The Documents page was redesigned into two views. The new Document overview page lists all communication rounds a user can access, showing the roles under which each round can be viewed and roll-up counts of rounds by status. A new Communication Round page was added for reviewing documents, including a 'View as' selector that lets users choose which role's security group view to see when more than one role applies, along with round-level insights such as document, read-status, release-status, and workflow counts. | ||
| AC-31962 | Pay Transparency | Integration API users can now retrieve the list of published communication rounds, including their codes, directly through the integration API rather than only via the UI-facing gateway. The new endpoint, protected by the documents permission scope, returns rounds in in-progress, open, and closed states while excluding drafts, matching the existing gateway endpoint's response format for consistency. This closes a gap needed to support the export-documents-via-API integration flow. | ||
| AC-31993 | Compensation Management | In Team Planner > Compensation, HRBPs, compensation managers, and compensation advisors can now use a new 'Find column' control in the compensation grid toolbar to locate columns and column groups by name instead of scrolling horizontally. The search panel lists groups and columns as a hierarchy with live, case-insensitive partial matching; selecting a group jumps to its first column, and selecting a column scrolls to and highlights it in the grid. | ||
| AC-32072 | Pay Transparency | HR business partners can now export the Pay Information Request audit trail as a password-protected file containing a CSV, limited to the 30,000 most recent entries matching the filters applied on screen. The export respects the exporter's own worker access scope, so different users receive different results, and a user with no assigned workers receives a file with headers only. The file's password and naming rules follow the same, now-stricter, requirements used for the existing bulk document download. | ||
| AC-32157 | Pay Transparency | Request dates in Pay Information Requests were previously stored with a time component, which could shift the date displayed to users after timezone conversion. Request dates are now stored as date-only values, so a worker can create a new request the same day a prior one closes, and duplicate detection during API import now compares dates without time or timezone offsets. | ||
| AC-32341 | Authorization | Security Groups administration now supports access control list (ACL) based groups alongside the existing attribute-based groups. Integration engineers can create a Security Group by supplying a list of worker IDs, which are resolved and propagated so that per-role allow-lists reach assigned users and the underlying search index. ACL-based and attribute-based configurations are mutually exclusive within a single group, and existing attribute-based Security Groups are unaffected. | ||
| AC-32344 | Authorization | Integration engineers can now update a Security Group's access control list using full-replacement semantics: submitting a new list of worker IDs replaces the previous allow-list entirely. Changes are cascaded automatically to every assigned user and to the underlying search index, keeping per-role allow-lists in sync end-to-end. | ||
| AC-32345 | Authorization | Integration engineers can now retrieve a Security Group's access control list when reading a single group by ID or by name, including for large allow-lists of up to 200,000 entries. To keep response sizes manageable, the Security Groups list view continues to omit the access control list. | ||
| AC-32346 | Authorization | Deleting a Security Group with an access control list now also removes its corresponding entry from the search index, in addition to the existing cleanup of assigned users' records. This ensures a Security Group's allow-list is fully cleaned up across every store when it is deleted. | ||
| AC-32347 | Authorization | Uploading Security Group assignments via CSV import now correctly inherits the group's access control list, consistent with the JSON import path, so per-role allow-lists apply regardless of import method. | ||
| AC-32377 | Data Foundation | Data Foundation now limits retrieval of revised data to the configured data-cleanup retention window (12 months by default). Requests for data revisions older than the retention period — including compensation round snapshot subscriptions, data viewer exports, and related lookups — now return a descriptive error instead of failing silently, so administrators understand why older data is unavailable. | ||
| 157548 | AC-32603 | Pay Transparency | HR business partners could receive a 409 error ("Communication round not in proper state for requested action") when attempting to bulk release, un-release, or change the workflow step of documents while a communication round was still open. The bulk actions dropdown now only offers the download option when a communication round is open, since other actions do not apply in that state, preventing the error. | |
| AC-32623 | Data Foundation | Two new entities, GoalResult and GoalWorkerAssignment, were added to Data Foundation to store bonus team assignments and results, along with the staging table used to load them. This lets sector, level, and compensation fields (annual salary, annual bonus percentage, premium bonus percentage) appear as read-only reference data in the compensation round verification grid; these fields are not used in any calculations. New standard enumerations (CompensationGroup, Sector) and their ingestion and deletion templates were also added to support data loading for these entities. | ||
| AC-32705 | Pay Transparency | Under Workbench > Platform > Email Notifications, notification type toggle switches were replaced with checkboxes to align with the rest of the notification configuration UI, and the Edit buttons were updated to the new styling. Administrators can now cancel unsaved changes in place, and the Cancel and Save controls stay visible while scrolling through long notification lists. These are visual and interaction changes only; notification save behavior is unchanged. | ||
| 153711 | AC-32825 | Performance Management | Feedback widget counters could show higher numbers than the feedback actually listed underneath them — for example, a feedback received counter showing 18 while only 14 items appeared in the list below. The counters and their lists were calculated independently, and the counters did not apply the same filters as the lists (such as dismissed feedback or requests from disabled users) or account for duplicate rows per recipient. Feedback counters now use the same filtering logic as the underlying lists, so the numbers match. | |
| 153877 | AC-32826 | Performance Management | In career development plan questionnaires, editing an existing Checkboxes or Radio Buttons question and adding more than one new answer option previously saved only the last option added, silently discarding the others while keeping previously saved options intact. Each newly added option is now saved individually, so all options added in a single edit are persisted. | |
| AC-32869 | Authorization | The data-flow authorization logic was extended so that when a subject belongs to multiple security groups (SGs), each group's access control list (ACL) now contributes its own filter to the data returned to consumer services, with results combined across all assigned groups. Existing precedence rules were preserved: a subject-level global ACL still overrides all security-group-level rules, and within a group, an ACL still overrides that group's other attributes. | ||
| 157508 | AC-32902 | Pay Transparency | The single and bulk Pay Information Request retrieval endpoints in Integration Hub now return the worker's current work country, sourced from live snapshot data. This lets integrations identify a worker's work country directly from these responses, and the single endpoint's alerting now applies the same country-specific rules as the bulk endpoint. | |
| AC-32916 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the rounds list now loads only the hierarchy data each round actually needs, such as the access hierarchy and any enabled browse-by hierarchies, instead of subscribing to all standard hierarchies by default. Enabling a browse-by hierarchy later still adds it automatically. Managers see the same list of available rounds as before, but with significantly faster load times, especially for large organizations. | ||
| AC-33082 | Data Foundation | In Analytics Hub, the custom reporting screen redesign was revised: rather than separating custom reports into their own section, they now appear alongside other reports with a "custom" badge next to the report name. | ||
| AC-33157 | Compensation Management | The budget widget API in Planner > Compensation was optimized to resolve intermittent server errors that managers with large teams could experience when loading budget widgets. The underlying queries previously re-scanned a manager's entire team for each figure and did not scale with team size; they were restructured so budget widgets now load reliably regardless of team size. | ||
| AC-33223 | Performance Management | The Settings page now displays the tenant code directly below the application version, using the same secondary text styling. This information is visible to all roles and helps support and QA teams quickly identify the tenant when investigating issues. | ||
| AC-33280 | Compensation Management | In Planner, Excel exports of team planning tables left custom cascading dropdown columns (with a dynamic entity or enum option source) blank, even though the values were displayed correctly in the grid. Exports now include these dropdown values, matching what is shown on screen; stored proposal data was never affected. | ||
