Deployment to staging environments: September 15th, 2026
Deployment to production environments: September 22nd, 2026
| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-27605 | Performance Management | Under Planner > Talent Review, managers and Talent HRBPs can now click a populated cell of the 9-box grid to open a read-only drawer listing the workers placed in that cell, with pagination. The drawer respects the search and filters active on the calibration table for Talent HRBPs, and shows the full cell population for managers. | ||
| AC-28916 | Data Foundation | The Calculated Field formula editor now enforces a 2,000-character limit, with a live character counter and, for pasted text that exceeds the limit, truncation to fit. This prevents unexpected errors on save or in downstream processing caused by an over-length formula. | ||
| AC-29128 | Performance Management | When creating a Talent Review question within Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates, template owners now choose who answers it (Manager, HRBP, or both) through a mandatory Response permission field, with Manager selected by default. The chosen value appears in the questionnaire table's existing Response permission column. | ||
| AC-29131 | Performance Management | In Planner > Talent Review, questionnaires are now role-aware: Managers can answer only Manager and Manager & HRBP questions, and Talent HRBPs only HRBP and Manager & HRBP questions, with each role's questions shown to the other in read-only form. A Manager & HRBP question holds separate answers per role, so neither overwrites the other, and saving from the wrong role is rejected rather than silently stored. | ||
| AC-32048 | Pay Transparency | Generated pay information letters can now include worker counts and average compensation figures broken down by worker category for Other and Unknown genders, alongside the already available Male and Female breakdowns. Existing letters are unaffected unless their template is updated to reference the new fields. | ||
| AC-32611 | Compensation Management | Compensation Admins can now configure a default sort order with up to three criteria. As a result, the Planner grid opens in that order for each actor instead of always defaulting to alphabetical by worker. The setting is configured in the Actors & round access step under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds with a live preview, and the Planner's Sort drawer reflects the resolved default. | ||
| AC-32711 | Data Foundation | Data Foundation CSV files uploaded more than a year ago are now automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. A user who tries to download a file that has already been removed this way sees a hint explaining it was deleted for data retention, instead of a broken download. | ||
| AC-32784 | Compensation Management | In Widgets under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view and in Planner widgets & validation within Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Budget, Planner widgets can now be configured with their own number of decimal places (0–8); they do not round to whole numbers anymore. Existing and migrated widgets keep their current whole-number display until changed, and the widget form's preview reflects the chosen precision. | ||
| AC-32880 | Authorization | Viewing a single document or a pay information record now also checks the access control lists of any security groups the requesting user belongs to, in addition to the existing global access control list and each security group's attribute-based rules. This lets a user assigned to a security group with an explicit worker access list correctly view a document or pay information record for a worker on that list, even when the worker would not otherwise match the group's attribute-based population. Security groups without an access control list keep their current attribute-based behavior. | ||
| AC-33019 | Performance Management | The Goals column in Planner > Manager dashboard now shows a direct report's total individual goal count immediately before the five existing status icons, using the same eligibility rules as those icons and aggregating across all of a direct report's goal plans. A direct report with none shows "0 total." This also appears, read-only, when a manager views the dashboard of someone further down their reporting chain, not just their direct report. | ||
| AC-33329 | Performance Management | Admins can now turn the Manager dashboard on or off per tenant from Workbench > Platform Setup > Feature Enablement (enabled by default, matching current behavior). When disabled, the page is removed from Planner navigation and managers land on the next available Planner page instead, or on Passport if none is available. | ||
| AC-33460 | Data Foundation | The GlobalFunction field on the standard GoalWorkerAssignment entity is now defined as a text field instead of a number field, so it can hold non-numeric worker attribute values used in goal and team calculations. | ||
| AC-33480 | Performance Management | The Measurement criteria Description field now accepts up to 5,000 characters instead of 500 in Passport > Goals and Planner > Goals, as well as on the Workbench > Performance Management > Goal Management page, with the character counter updated to match. This applies to individual and organizational goals. | ||
| AC-21222 | Experience | Career Development in the Planner now uses the same table layout as Goals, Check-Ins, Documents, and Compensation, showing the Name, Worker, Start date, End date, Status, and Stage, with the same pagination and empty-state behavior as those pages. | ||
| AC-31519 | Experience | The insights tip widgets across Goals, Feedback, Check-Ins, Reviews, Career Development, and Talent Review have a refreshed look: navigation arrows move beside the tip text with no page counter, and tiles use updated sizing and typography. Also, each tile gets a feature-specific empty-state illustration and message instead of a generic zero count. | ||
| AC-32127 | Experience | The Feature Enablement page in Workbench > Platform Setup now groups its toggles into five labeled sections (Main navigation pages, Pay Management, Pay Transparency, Performance Management, and Pay Intelligence) instead of one long flat list. This makes finding specific toggles easier. Every existing toggle keeps its current behavior. | ||
| AC-32709 | Compensation Management | The Refresh data button in the Planner toolbar now refreshes every visible widget along with the worker grid, so figures changed by another user or by a round republish appear after one click instead of requiring a full page reload. Each widget shows its own loading state during the refresh, and the user's filters, search, and selected currency are preserved. | ||
| AC-32894 | Compensation Management | A budget definition can no longer be deleted while a widget, validation rule, or calculation formula still references it, including disabled ones. The delete flow now lists the specific dependents blocking deletion (type, name, and where each is used) instead of a plain confirmation. | ||
| AC-33348 | Experience | In the Planner, the Maximize grid button expands the grid to the full height and width of the page, including the space previously used by the header and round navigation tabs. At the same time, the button keeps the budget widgets visible and usable. | ||
| AC-33370 | Experience | The Exchange Rates table in Workbench > Data Management no longer truncates long identifiers, descriptions, or rate values; content wraps instead. The rate column is right-aligned and rendered in a monospace font for readability, and the action bar now shows Upload as the primary action with Download template as secondary. | ||
| AC-33375 | Compensation Management | Admins can now attach a short help tip (up to 100 characters) to any Planner budget widget, from either Widgets under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Team planner view or Planner widgets & validation within Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Budget; the two stay in sync. Managers and HRBPs see an information icon on the widget title that reveals the tip on hover. | ||
| AC-33396 | Experience | Sortable columns in the Workers grid in Workbench > Data Management now show a persistent sort-indicator icon, so it is clear they can be sorted. The actively sorted column displays a higher-contrast filled arrow for its direction, including on first load, before any manual sort. | ||
| AC-33398 | Experience | The Calculated Fields page in Workbench > Data Management now uses the same standard page header as its neighboring Data Management pages, instead of the tinted hero header. No other change: creating, editing, publishing, and deactivating a calculated field work as before. | ||
| AC-33533 | Experience | In Analytics Hub, a custom report's "Custom" label is now shown as a small icon with a tooltip ("Created by your organization") instead of text, avoiding clutter in the narrow menu when a custom tag name is long. | ||
| 158863 | AC-33670 | Pay Transparency | Generated documents such as compensation statement letters now render HTML formatting, like paragraphs and bold text, instead of showing the raw HTML tags. The change is fully backward compatible with existing templates. | |
| 154559 | AC-29694 | Compensation Management | An issue was fixed where clicking Compensation Management in the breadcrumb from a Statement Generation rule's detail or edit page led to a 404 page instead of the Compensation Rounds list. Also, the breadcrumb now includes the Workbench step consistently with other round tabs. | |
| 158541 | AC-31726 | Compensation Management | Silent data loss was fixed in Data Foundation fetches: each of Goal Plans, Goals, goal-plan assignments, and enum data was capped at 10,000 records per request, with no pagination, so a tenant with more than 10,000 records in any single one of these datasets silently lost everything past that limit, with no error or warning. All pages are now fetched, and the full dataset comes through regardless of size. | |
| AC-31911 | Data Foundation | A case was fixed where a tenant's daily analytics data pipeline could get permanently stuck if too much time passed since its last successful run. Affected steps now automatically recover using a fresh snapshot instead of failing indefinitely. | ||
| AC-33305 | Data Foundation | In the daily analytics data pipeline, two or more steps updating shared tracking data close together could interrupt that day's refresh for affected tenants; the pipeline no longer fails when this happens. | ||
| AC-33360 | Experience | In Business Matrix builder mode within Workbench > Data Management, incorrect spacing pushed the main content further down than on other builder pages, such as the Population builder; it now sits at the same depth as those pages. | ||
| 158234,158541 | AC-33402 | Performance Management | A deleted draft goal with no measurement unit set silently broke the transfer of goal changes into a compensation round, so the round could stop reflecting recent Goal Management updates. Such goals now default to a percentage unit, letting the transfer, and the round's data, complete correctly. | |
| AC-33464 | Data Foundation | In an affected tenant's nightly analytics pipeline, the step that builds the compensation round proposal snapshot failed on every run; it now completes successfully as part of the regular refresh. | ||
