| AC-29306 | Performance Management | In Planner > Talent Review, the 9-box grid cell drawer now includes a Search by name or Worker ID field, available to both managers and Talent HRBPs, so they can quickly locate a specific worker within a cell. Talent HRBPs additionally get multi-select filters by manager, organization, and country inside the drawer. These open pre-filled with the search text and manager selection already applied on the calibration page, so the filters always reflect what produced the clicked cell. Results refresh only after Apply filters is selected. Pagination inside the drawer preserves the active search and filter state, and changes made inside the drawer never affect the grid or filters behind it. | ||
| AC-29609 | Pay Transparency | Under Planner > Pay Information, the Since request column was renamed to Open since request, and its day counter now freezes once a request is closed instead of continuing to increment indefinitely. Existing closed requests were migrated so their counter reflects the actual historical resolution duration. If a closed request is reopened (moved back to Pending release), the counter updates to show the time between the original request and its most recent closure. | ||
| AC-32139 | Data Foundation | Under Workbench > Data Management > Data Retention, wording that described worker-data removal as "hard deletion" was reworded to "anonymization" (for example, "The system will anonymize users..." instead of "will hard-delete users...," and notifications now reference upcoming anonymization events). This avoids giving customers a misleading impression of beqom's data retention process, which anonymizes records instead of permanently deleting them. | ||
| AC-32157 | Pay Transparency | Request dates in Pay Information Requests were previously stored with a time component, which could shift the date displayed to users after timezone conversion. Request dates are now stored as date-only values, so a worker can create a new request the same day a prior one closes, and duplicate detection during API import now compares dates without time or timezone offsets. | ||
| AC-32263 | Data Foundation | The standard currency list was extended to include the main cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Solana, and XRP). Users with write access to Currency Settings in Workbench > Data Management can now enable or disable these currencies per tenant, use them in Data Foundation data ingestion and in Business Matrix columns referencing the currency type, and import exchange rates for them. | ||
| AC-32372 | Data Foundation | Data cleanup jobs for old data revisions now generate an audit log entry for each run, recording the tenant, date and time, the entity or entities affected, the number of records deleted, and whether the cleanup succeeded or failed. This gives security and compliance officers a way to investigate unexpected data loss. | ||
| AC-32682 | Pay Transparency | In Planner > Pay Information, bulk actions now clearly distinguish between requests that ended up closed & released and those left pending release. The global Audit trail tab gained a matching filter option and tag. Also, an individual request's Audit trail drawer shows readable labels and correct icons for bulk and automated close/document-generation actions that previously appeared with no icon or a generic one. | ||
| AC-32888 | Authorization | The reverse-lookup service endpoint that determines which subjects (users) can see a given worker was updated to also account for access granted through a security group's access-control list (ACL), matching the rules already used to authorize the underlying worker data. | ||
| AC-32891 | Authorization | The IntegrationHub analytics endpoint used by reporting dashboards and BI/export integrations now takes per-security-group access-control lists into account when determining which workers a manager can see, alongside the existing attribute-based rules. Workers who were previously missing from analytics results because their visibility was granted through a security group's access list currently appear in the correct way. Also, existing precedence rules (global access overriding security-group access and contextual-role scoping) are preserved. | ||
| AC-32980 | Compensation Management | Under Planner > Compensation > Population panel, selection checkboxes were removed from worker-to-worker Browse by options (Line Manager, Matrix Manager, Compensation Manager, Communication Manager). Selecting a manager's name now focuses the grid and budget widgets on that manager's team, with a scope switch (direct reports only, or direct and indirect) available from the manager's three-dot menu. This replaces the previous mix of checkboxes and menu actions, making the behavior consistent across every worker hierarchy regardless of how a round's budgets are configured. Widgets tied to a Fixed amount per manager budget now show a "Select a manager in Population to view the budget" message until a manager is focused. In the org-hierarchy tree, checking every item under a node accurately checks its parent nodes, and row hover highlighting on two-line tree rows was corrected as well. | ||
| AC-33052 | Pay Transparency | Combined in-app and email notifications sent to HRBPs and communication managers now deep-link directly into the relevant communication round in Planner > Documents. They also pre-filter the document list by the matching workflow step (HRBP Review or Document Review) rather than opening the round with no filter applied. Recipients who hold both roles are routed to the correct tab, letting them land on the documents the notification referred to. | ||
| AC-33334 | Authorization | When creating or updating an ACL-backed security group, the authorization API now applies whichever worker IDs it can resolve instead of rejecting the whole request because some IDs could not be found. The response reports an unresolved-worker count so the caller can see how many IDs were skipped, and a request is still rejected outright only when none of the supplied worker IDs can be resolved. | ||
| AC-33564 | Data Foundation | The Data Modeler now rejects a compensation round's freeze date when it falls outside the tenant's data retention window, both when a snapshot subscription is saved and when snapshot generation starts. It also states the retention cutoff in the error message. Previously, an out-of-window freeze date was accepted and produced an empty snapshot. Moreover, the API gateway currently passes through the specific error message from Data Foundation for enum, organizational-entity, and worker-entity lookups instead of replacing it with a generic "bad request" message. | ||
| AC-33596 | Data Foundation | Uploaded Data Foundation CSV files are now automatically deleted one year after upload to reduce database clutter and support data-retention requirements. The Data Load page shows information about this one-year retention policy, and if a user tries to download a file that has already been removed, the upload log shows a message explaining that the file was deleted under the retention policy instead of attempting the download. | ||
| AC-29360 | Performance Management | The Talent Review ratings grid was migrated to a new, dedicated data-grid component (a reusable table building block) owned by the Performance Management team, replacing the shared grid it previously used, with no change to its layout, columns, or behavior. | ||
| AC-31020 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, under a compensation round's Team planner view step, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now turn a percentage format toggle on or off for decimal custom and calculated columns at any time, including columns already saved and in use. When enabled, the Planner displays the value as a percentage (for example, 0.2 displays as 20%). The underlying stored value and any formulas continue to use the raw decimal. The Percentage toggle is mutually exclusive with the Currency / Enable currency toggle. | ||
| AC-33008 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, under a compensation round's Team planner view > Widgets tab, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can now drag and drop to reorder widgets, the same way columns are reordered in the Column configuration tab. The configured order is saved with the rest of the Team planner view step and determines how widgets appear in the Planner's widgets pane for compensation managers, HRBPs, compensation advisory, and auditors. This also applies to widgets hidden from the Planner, which keep their position for when they are shown again. Newly created widgets are always added at the end of the list, and existing rounds keep their current widget order unchanged. | ||
| AC-33663 | Experience | Across Passport and Planner, page layouts now follow a consistent responsive width model. Parent, list and table pages, such as Goals, Feedback, Reviews, and Compensation, expand to use the full available width instead of stopping at a fixed 1392px with large empty side margins, while content is capped at 1920px on very wide monitors so tables and card grids stay readable. The layout reflows correctly at the platform's standard breakpoints, and interior forms and reading views keep their narrower, readable width. | ||
| AC-33664 | Experience | In Passport > Goals and Planner > Goals, the Goals table gained a set of visual and consistency corrections. Goal names and the Owner column now have the platform's standard table cell styling, matching the size, weight, and link color used elsewhere, and the owner avatar uses the smaller size consistent with other tables. In Planner > Goals, the clickable goal name is the first column, with Owner as the second. Table spacing, the Total weight row, the Approve goals row, and column widths were also corrected. Additionally, the Goal plan drop-down in Passport > Goals is searchable, matching the Planner. | ||
| AC-33668 | Experience | Profile photo editing moved from Company Network to the Settings page. Workers can now change their profile photo directly from Settings, reached via the user name in the top navigation, where the current photo or initials avatar appears in the Account card alongside controls to upload, replace, or remove it. The change is reflected immediately across the platform without a page reload. The Edit profile menu item no longer routes through Company Network, so photo editing stays available even where Company Network is disabled for a tenant. | ||
| 158863 | AC-33670 | Pay Transparency | Generated documents such as compensation statement letters now render HTML formatting, like paragraphs and bold text, instead of showing the raw HTML tags. The change is fully backward compatible with existing templates. | |
| 157131 | AC-32219 | Data Foundation | Under Workbench > Data Management, files exported from the Data Viewer did not preserve the column order shown on screen or used at data upload. The EffectiveDate field and custom fields could appear in a different order than in the source data. Exported column order now matches the on-screen order, with custom fields sorted alphabetically and date fields such as EffectiveDate placed last, as before. | |
| 157195 | AC-32451 | Data Foundation | Password-protected ZIP exports from the Data Viewer could not be opened in Windows File Explorer, because it does not support the AES-256 encryption method previously used. Attempting to open these files failed with an unclear error, which led some users to disable password protection altogether. Exports now use the ZipCrypto encryption method, matching the encryption already used for Snapshot exports, so password-protected files can be opened in Windows File Explorer by entering the password. | |
| AC-33254 | Data Foundation | In the Pay Transparency - EUPTD report in Analytics Hub, a restricted analytics user with no workers explicitly authorized for their view could still see worker data. This was traced to the row-level security rule controlling report access: when a user's authorized worker list was empty, the check incorrectly treated it as unrestricted access instead of no access. The rule was corrected so an empty authorized list now correctly shows no worker data. Users with an assigned list continue to see only their authorized workers. | ||
| AC-33383 | Compensation Management | The organization tree in Planner > Compensation now correctly deselects a parent node once all of its children have been unselected. Previously, unselecting every child under a node could leave the parent shown as partially selected, and the workers grid stayed filtered to a node that had already been deselected. | ||
