| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |

| AC-29639 | Compensation Management | Under Planner > Compensation, planners can now apply the same value to one field for many workers at once with Mass update, available from the grid actions menu. A three-step wizard selects the population (the current selection, the whole planner population, or custom criteria), sets the update rule, and previews the result before it is applied, so what is approved is exactly what is written to the round. Workflow-locked workers are excluded automatically. | ||
| AC-30726 | Pay Transparency | Pay Transparency anonymization settings now include a gender headcount threshold within each worker category, alongside the worker category population threshold, and a Prevent indirect disclosure option. The Configuration and Support roles can set both at global and local level, and average compensation values are anonymized for any gender whose headcount is below the threshold. For tenants with anonymization already enabled, the gender threshold starts at the existing population threshold. | ||
| AC-31203 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Calculated Fields, the details view of a calculated field in any state (Draft, Active, or Deactivated) now shows the full configuration of its referenced entities: entity name and alias, fetched fields with their types and ranged setting, and the effective date configuration. Published fields can be checked without duplicating them. | ||
| AC-31226 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Tree & Elements, the Parent element field in the create element form now opens a tree picker showing the compensation element hierarchy, replacing the previous dropdown. Only grouping elements without grouping children can be selected, and the picker supports keyboard and screen reader navigation. | ||
| AC-31933 | Pay Transparency | Communication rounds under Planner > Documents now have an Audit trail tab next to Round details, listing every audit entry of the round with its date and time, editor, action, document name, recipient, and further details. HRBPs and Communication Managers can filter the list by editor, recipient, and action, and see only the workers they have access to. | ||
| AC-32093 | Data Foundation | Snapshots now include the currency of each currency-enabled calculated field in a column next to its value, so the currency is available in snapshots and compensation rounds without additional configuration. | ||
| AC-32372 | Data Foundation | Each data revision cleanup now records an audit log event with the tenant, time, affected entities, number of records deleted, and result. | ||
| AC-32713 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Calculated Fields, a calculated field with a number result can now be defined as an amount with a currency. The currency can be a fixed currency from the tenant's configured list, the tenant's reference currency, or the worker's currency taken from a Contracted compensation or Paid compensation element. | ||
| AC-32939 | Compensation Management | Under Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds > Budget, Compensation Admins can now freeze the calculated amounts of budget definitions that use worker-level aggregation, and freezing is available before a round is first published. While a budget is frozen, worker-level budget rules are not run on publish: amounts stay as last calculated, new hires receive 0, and leavers drop out. | ||
| AC-32952 | Compensation Management | On the Round Management > Statement generation tab, Copy JSON is now available from the empty state, before any generation rule exists. The sample now matches the generated payload: currency-enabled custom input fields appear as monetary objects (Value, Currency, ConvertedValue), and the bonus compensation element Amount is included under RoundData. | ||
| AC-33052 | Pay Transparency | Combined in-app and email notifications for HRBPs and Communication Managers now open the relevant communication round under Planner > Documents, on the matching role tab, with the documents filtered on the workflow step the notification refers to. | ||
| 158061 | AC-33149 | Data Foundation | Under Workbench > Data Management > Custom Labeling, uploading a file identical to the previous one showed a success message but created no audit trail entry. Every upload is now recorded in the audit trail, including uploads that contain no changes. | |
| AC-33335 | Pay Transparency | A Clear filters button is now available on the communication rounds list and in the Communication manager round view under Planner > Documents, as in the HRBP round view; in the Communication manager view it also clears the search box. | ||
| AC-33423 | Data Foundation | In the Pay Transparency - EUPTD report, workers without a platform user account could be missing for viewers entitled to see them, or visible to viewers whose access should have excluded them. Worker identity and report access rules now come from the snapshot, so each viewer sees exactly the workers their access allows. | ||
| AC-33679 | Performance Management | On the Create and Edit goal forms under Passport > Goals and Planner > Goals, the Tag library section now shows each library with its description and its tags as a checkbox grid, replacing the tag search field. Hovering over or focusing a tag shows its description, and the goal view page lists the selected tags with their descriptions. | ||
| AC-33868 | Compensation Management | On the Goal plan step of bonus plan creation and editing (Workbench > Compensation Management > Bonus Plans), a loading state now appears while goals are retrieved after adding or refreshing a goal plan. Only Cancel stays available until the goals have loaded. | ||
| AC-33870 | Compensation Management | The Planner compensation grid now supports up to 10 sort criteria at a time. Once the limit is reached, clicking another column header opens a popover with a Manage sorting option and + Add sort criteria is hidden in the Sort drawer, instead of the grid being replaced by an error. | ||
| 158423 | AC-33908 | Performance Management | In Workbench > Performance Management > Performance Review Templates > Upload performance ratings, the upload history showed times in a different time zone from the user's, even with User local time enabled. Upload times now display in the user's own time zone. | |
| 159022 | AC-33923 | Data Foundation | Republishing a compensation round whose worker selection uses a goal achievement filter could run for a long time and then fail, after which the round could not be republished. Rounds using this type of filter now republish normally. | |
| 158555 | AC-33930 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, users with the Compensation Manager role and no admin access saw empty drop-down lists for enum datapoints in advanced filters, mass update value pickers, and editable enum columns. These lists now show every enum value, with the same labels and order as for users with full access. | |
| AC-34061 | Compensation Management | Compensation rounds could occasionally remain stuck in Publishing status. Round publishing now completes without this interruption. | ||
| AC-34078 | Data Foundation | Custom entity columns were exported from the Data Viewer in alphabetical order, so the file did not match the Data Load structure. The Data Viewer, its export, and the Data Load and data deletion templates now all follow the column order configured for the custom entity, with effective dates last, so an export can be edited and uploaded again directly. | ||
| 159174 | AC-34244 | Pay Transparency | Large snapshots could time out when used to create a PayAnalytics dataset. The dataset is now created in the background once Confirm is clicked in the upload dialog, a message is displayed while it is being created, and the usual success or failure notification appears when it finishes. | |
| 159159 | AC-34476 | Pay Transparency | The Integration API documents endpoints (GET integrationapi/v1/documents/{id} and the document list of a communication round) now return the worker's work country in two new properties, workerWorkCountry and workerWorkCountryName. | |
