| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-28645 | Pay Transparency | The Sync analysis action on the Pay Analysis Results page under Workbench > Pay Intelligence now runs in the background, one sync per tenant at a time, so tenants with many analyses can sync without the page timing out. While a sync is running, the page shows when it started, a user who starts another sync is told one is already in progress, and a confirmation appears when the sync completes. | ||
| 151659 | AC-29002 | Performance Management | Review PDFs, generated from Passport > Reviews or from the Performance Review Templates HR portal, now show the Job Title the worker held when the manager submitted the review, or when the review closed without a manager submission, rather than the worker's current Job Title. The title stays dynamic while a review is in progress and is fixed again when a reopened review is resubmitted or closed. Reviews completed before this release show the Job Title held on their submission or close date where the worker's employment history covers that date. Reviews imported through Historical Performance Rating Upload print no Job Title. | |
| AC-29553 | Data Foundation | A data model can now reference up to 50 calculated fields, up from 10, so larger sets of calculations are available to compensation rounds and to the snapshots used by Pay Transparency. The new limit currently applies through the API; the Workbench screens still allow 10. | ||
| 156297 | AC-31593 | Data Foundation | Snapshots and the Pay Transparency - EU PTD report left out workers who had no platform user account, for example workers loaded with user account provisioning switched off, so entitled viewers could not see them. The report now identifies workers from the snapshot itself, so such workers are included and its access restrictions apply to them like any other worker. | |
| 155169 | AC-31873 | Performance Management | Publishing a goal, or saving other free text, could be refused with an error when the text contained the word "alert" followed later by a phrase in brackets, such as "alert (portfolio basis)." Text of this kind is now saved as written and displayed as plain text. | |
| AC-31902 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, the actor settings under Actors & round access now include a Planner analytics tab. Compensation Admins can enable the Planner analytics dashboard per actor and choose the inputs it covers, the summary tiles it shows, and the budget and workflow widgets it includes. | ||
| AC-31934 | Pay Transparency | The Audit trail tab of a communication round under Planner > Documents now has an Export option that downloads the audit entries as a CSV file inside a password-protected ZIP. The export follows the filters applied on the page, includes only the workers the user has access to, and contains the most recent 30,000 entries, so older activity in a larger log can be reached by filtering first. | ||
| AC-33218 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, budget widgets with a budget fixed per manager now show "Budget is not available due to the permission setup" when the manager selected in Browse by sits outside the user's accessible population, instead of asking again for a manager to be selected. Users who select themselves always see their own budget. | ||
| AC-33333 | Performance Management | Publishing or republishing a talent review template in Workbench > Performance Management > Talent Review Templates could appear to succeed or end with an unexplained error when the worker population could not be retrieved in time. A banner now explains that the publish could not complete, and the template stays in Draft with no ratings created, so it can be published again. | ||
| AC-33451 | Compensation Management | Planner > Compensation now includes an Analytics tab that provides an aggregated view of a compensation round for the population selected in the Population panel. It shows the summary tiles and the Budget & spend, Workflow completion, and Spend distribution widgets configured for the user's actor. | ||
| AC-33474 | Compensation Management | For budget definitions set to Fixed amount per manager in the Budget step within Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, the per-manager budget pools are now calculated each time the round is published, whether or not the budget is frozen. Therefore, budget widgets, validation, and reporting have per-manager figures from the round's first publication, and a frozen budget keeps the figures of its freeze. | ||
| AC-33910 | Data Foundation | Updating a data model subscription without including its base currency cleared the base currency, so calculated fields that use the subscription's currency produced no currency. An omitted base currency is now kept unchanged, only a base currency sent explicitly as empty clears it, and an update that sends the model, dating, or snapshot settings as empty is refused. | ||
| AC-33928 | Authorization | The Security Groups list now has an attributes filter that shows only the security groups using all of the selected attributes. The Worker ID attribute finds groups defined by a list of workers, and results are sorted alphabetically by group name. | ||
| AC-34035 | Compensation Management | Document templates for compensation statements can now use Data Model values per situation: each situation in the document data carries the Data Model fields the template declares, as they stood during that situation. A template that lists a worker's situations can therefore state, for example, the country, grade, or FTE under which each bonus was earned. Copy JSON lists these fields within each situation, and templates that declare none are unchanged. | ||
| AC-34036 | Compensation Management | Wherever a compensation round takes a currency from the Data Model, including custom columns, calculated fields, budget definitions, and bonus plan target bonus, every Data Model field in the round that references a currency is now offered, including fields on custom entities. The extended list applies to rounds created from this release onwards. | ||
| AC-34076 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the Notes tab of the Comp review's worker drawer and of the Individual view now shows each note as a card with its author, actor role, date, note text, and colored field chips, newest first. Notes written for an always-required or outside-guidelines rule carry a Required or Outside guidelines tag and a value strip that shows the entered value against the rule or the guideline range. | ||
| AC-34112 | Performance Management | Under Planner > Talent Review, the Talent review data table in HRBP working mode can now be sorted by Manager status, from Not started through In progress to Submitted or the reverse, across all pages of the table. A third click on the column header restores the default order by worker name. | ||
| AC-34203 | Performance Management | Under Planner > Talent Review, the Talent review data table in HRBP working mode can now be sorted by Manager, grouping the workers who report to the same manager together without filtering out the rest of the population. Within each manager's group, workers are listed alphabetically. | ||
| AC-34221 | Data Foundation | The Comp Rounds (legacy) analytics report now identifies workers from the data snapshot rather than from platform user accounts, so workers without a user account appear in the report and are covered by its access restrictions. | ||
| AC-34264 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Calculated Fields, the property panel now shows the type of a currency-enabled calculated field as Number (currency), together with its currency code or the Data model field its currency comes from. | ||
| AC-34286 | Compensation Management | Under Planner > Compensation, the compensation rounds list and the View as options now load faster on tenants with large round populations, notably for users who hold both a manager role and an HRBP, Compensation Advisory, or Auditor role. | ||
| 159159 | AC-34476 | Pay Transparency | The Integration API documents endpoints (GET integrationapi/v1/documents/{id} and the document list of a communication round) now return the worker's work country in two new properties, workerWorkCountry and workerWorkCountryName. | |
| 159598 | AC-34595 | Pay Transparency | Generating documents from templates, including communication round letters, pay information request documents, and template previews, could stop for the whole run when a variable such as a goal description contained badly formatted HTML, for example list items pasted outside a list. These items now appear as bullets and unsupported formatting is removed. A document with any other invalid HTML fails on its own with the reason shown, and the rest of the run completes. | |
