| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-11810 | Localization | As a quality improvement of the localization base, a number of unused labels were removed. These labels were not used anywhere in the platform, so there is no impact on the UI. | ||
| AC-26407 | Data Foundation | Calculated Fields in Data Modeler can now be previewed on real data from a random sample of 100 workers before publishing. Users with write access to Calculated Fields see the results within seconds, without running a full snapshot, and the preview respects data access permissions. | ||
| AC-29556 | Data Foundation | A new CUTOFFDATE() function is available in Calculated Fields. It returns the snapshot's cutoff date, the same for every worker in a run, and can be combined with DATEDIFF to calculate values such as tenure, for example DATEDIFF("Y", hireDate, CUTOFFDATE()). | ||
| 156353 | AC-32133 | Pay Transparency | Calculated fields from the snapshot can now be used as variables in Pay Information document and statement templates. Their values follow the template's formatting rules for their type, and the worker's latest calculated value is used. | |
| AC-32161 | Pay Transparency | Pay Information Requests can now produce an internal-only, non-anonymized version of a document alongside the anonymized version for worker release. Configuration and Support roles enable it with the Allow non-anonymized letter generation option under Pay Transparency > Alerts and Anonymization, globally or in local rules; HRBPs can then generate both versions and switch between them in the preview, while the non-anonymized version cannot be released to the worker. | ||
| AC-32818 | Compensation Management | Validation report Excel files are now prepared in the background as soon as validation completes, so downloads start within seconds even for very large compensation rounds. The Validation row shows the file's status (such as Generating report, Preparing file, Ready to download, Expired, or Preparation failed) with a Retry option on failure, and each prepared file is personal to the user and expires after a while. | ||
| AC-32879 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Pay Management > Compensation Rounds, the Round Management Portal now opens read-only detail views of each budget definition, widget, and validation from the Budget and Team planner view tiles. Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins can check the full configuration of a round that has left Draft without opening a pending draft. | ||
| 158592 | AC-33872 | Data Foundation | The Review details dashboard in Analytics was missing the Review Created Date filter that the other performance dashboards offer. The filter is available again in both the legacy and Data Lake versions of the report. | |
| 158903 | AC-33884 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Exchange Rates, uploads with records that raised warnings, such as duplicate identifiers, referred to a CSV log file that could not be downloaded. The completion window now provides the log file, so the records that were not uploaded can be reviewed. | |
| AC-34045 | Data Foundation | The Calculated Field preview is available from both draft and published fields, and requires a cutoff date that cannot be in the future. | ||
| 156270 | AC-34261 | Data Foundation | When the name of a custom compensation element was long, its column in a snapshot could stay empty even though the data was loaded in Data Foundation and visible in the Data Viewer. Snapshot columns are now populated whatever the length of the element's name. | |
| AC-34423 | Pay Transparency | Compensation statement letters generated from a compensation round ignored the number and date formatting set on the letter template, such as decimal precision. Statement letters now follow the template's formatting rules, as do documents from Pay Information Requests and automated document generation. | ||
| AC-34448 | Performance Management | Goal PDFs and the Goals section of review PDFs now print, under Strategic priorities, each tag library's description and a description box for every tag applied to the goal. A printed goal now explains what each strategic priority means. | ||
| AC-34449 | Performance Management | In a performance review, the goal snapshot opened with Show details now groups the goal's tags by tag library and shows each library's and tag's description inline, as they were when the snapshot was taken. | ||
| AC-34462 | Compensation Management | Closed compensation rounds are now available only in the Workbench: the Planner's Compensation list no longer shows them or a Closed status count, and they cannot be opened from the Planner, including from saved or emailed links. | ||
| AC-34556 | Performance Management | The beqom logo now appears in its approved red brand version, without the smiley, in the application header, on the login, logout, and error pages, in generated PDFs, and in system emails. In Workbench > Appearance, the Application header, Email header, and Favicon settings now save without the logo being uploaded again, and uploaded company logos are unchanged. | ||
| AC-34582 | Pay Transparency | The Last sync date in Pay Analysis now includes the time, shown in the user's preferred time zone, as do the Syncing label and its notifications. | ||
| AC-34583 | Compensation Management | In a Planner > Compensation round, the Manager filter now lists the line managers of the workers shown in the grid for every View as role, including Compensation Advisory and Auditor. Every manager listed matches at least one worker, so HRBP and indirect manager users may see a shorter list than before. | ||
| AC-34587 | Performance Management | When a manager reopens a submitted review, the Goals and Behaviours sections of the review form now show current data straight away, without a page reload. Goals created, completed, or unassigned in the meantime are reflected, and the Go to this goal page link is available again. | ||
| AC-34590 | Performance Management | Returning from a goal opened in a review's Goals section, with Back, Save and exit, Cancel, or the browser back action, now brings the review page back to that goal. Reviewers can move straight on to the next goal, in reviews opened from Passport or from Planner. | ||
| AC-34605 | Compensation Management | The Bonus calculation equation step of a compensation round now has a Multipliers section, per bonus plan, with optional Per goal, Per situation, and Per worker multipliers, each defined by a formula. Global Compensation Admins and Compensation Admins can use them to scale bonuses by extra factors, such as for strategic goals, a country, or company performance, and enabled multipliers appear in the bonus formulas shown in the Round Portal and in the Bonus tab of the Planner worker drawer. | ||
| AC-34726 | Experience | Page headers in Passport, Planner, and Workbench now adapt to the available width on desktop, tablet, and phone: breadcrumbs, tabs, and secondary actions that do not fit move into menus, so the page title, status tag, active tab, and primary action stay visible. Headers are also more compact, and the page no longer jumps when scrolling. | ||
| 160219 | AC-35067 | Performance Management | Saving a goal that had tags, whether by updating its progress bar, changing its status, using Mark as done, or saving the Edit goal form, failed with an error for both individual and team goals. These goals now save, with their tags and tag descriptions unchanged. | |
