| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-17586 | Experience | In forms with a people or organization search field, such as the goal creation drawer, feedback requests, review owners, or proxy access, selected people now appear as redesigned chips showing their photo, name, and job title, with a remove button. In fields that accept a single person, the search field stays visible but disabled once someone is selected, and becomes available again when the selection is removed. | ||
| AC-22443 | Pay Transparency | In the Pay Information table, the Details action on a pay information request now opens the request in a side drawer, so HRBPs can review requests one after another without leaving the table. The drawer shows an Edit button when the user's permissions and the request status allow editing, and the full-page view remains available. | ||
| AC-30605 | Authorization | In Workbench > Data Management > Access Management > Security Groups, users with the Security or Support role can now create and update several security groups at once by uploading a CSV file. One file of up to 24 MB is accepted per upload, and a summary shows how many groups were created, updated, or rejected, with the errors for each rejected row; ACL-based security groups cannot be imported this way. | ||
| AC-31549 | Authorization | In Workbench > Data Management > Access Management > User Roles & Permissions, the Update legacy context button and page are now named Configure direct attributes, and the page lists a user's custom attributes alongside the standard ones. Employment and Worker custom fields can be added, updated, and removed as direct attributes in a user's authorization configuration, with values typed in, including for list-type fields. | ||
| AC-32411 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Process > Compensation Rounds, the validation report Excel download now includes a Budget worksheet when the round has at least one budget definition set to Fixed amount per manager. For each such budget definition, it lists every manager with their full branch, direct, and indirect budget and headcount, converted into the round's reference currency, so Compensation Admins can check the split per manager before publishing. | ||
| 157240 | AC-32564 | Pay Transparency | Under Passport > Compensation, the Show sensitive data toggle now appears only when at least one digital reward statement block that contains compensation information is enabled: Compensation in numbers, Compensation breakdown, Position in pay range, or Compensation history. | |
| AC-32910 | Authorization | In the Scope review under Workbench > Data Management > Access Management > User Roles & Permissions, the role selector now lists only the roles assigned to the selected user, either directly or through security groups. | ||
| AC-33083 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, when a round's hierarchy source is set to Live hierarchy, the Browse by option for the round's configured hierarchy now builds its tree from the live organization structure, so each worker appears under their current manager and the tree matches the population the manager can access. The live tree is loaded when the Population panel loads or the Browse by option changes; the Refresh action does not reload it. | ||
| AC-33405 | Experience | The Workbench > Data Management > Company Structure > Organizational Units page now follows the current application style, with a Total units tile, the standard search field, a paginated table with Name, External ID, and People columns, and unit names that open each unit's read-only detail page. | ||
| AC-33789 | Compensation Management | Planner > Compensation > Comp review now has a Views control in the grid toolbar, where users can save their current grid setup (visible columns and their order, filters, sort, items per page, and row size) as a named personal view for the round. They can also switch between saved views and Planner default and choose a default view that applies when they open the round. Views can be edited, renamed, and deleted from Manage views, and a view only selects among the columns the Compensation Admin has made available. | ||
| AC-33790 | Compensation Management | Personal views saved in Planner > Compensation > Comp review are kept for each user, round, and Planner actor, so they remain available after reloading the page or signing in again. Views can be created, changed, or deleted only while the round is In progress. | ||
| AC-33791 | Compensation Management | Excel exports from Planner > Compensation > Comp review now contain the columns visible in the active view, in the same order, after the four fixed columns Worker, Manager, Workflow Status, and Workflow Step, including unsaved changes to the view. Notes and Eligibility columns are not exported, and exporting from Planner default still produces the full set of columns configured for the role. | ||
| AC-34080 | Authorization | In Workbench > Data Management > Access Management > Security Groups, users with the Security or Support role can now download the tenant's current security group configuration as SecurityGroups.csv, to edit it and upload the changes in bulk. The file lists each security group with its ID, name, roles, worker IDs for ACL-based groups, and up to 10 attribute name and value pairs, and uses the CSV separator set in Data Settings. | ||
| AC-34233 | Compensation Management | Compensation statement generation now sends the document template only the fields it uses, which lightens the processing of large rounds. As a result, the JSON variables kept with each generated statement contain only those fields. | ||
| 157839 | AC-34295 | Performance Management | Filtering the management list in Career Development Plans and Performance Review Templates by country returned no results, whichever country was selected. The country filter and the Country column now both use each worker's work country in Career Development Plans and Performance Review Templates, as well as in Talent Review. Both management tables also show a Country column. | |
| AC-34422 | Compensation Management | The Planner > Compensation > Comp review grid toolbar is redesigned, with its controls grouped by purpose in a single row that never wraps. As the toolbar narrows, labels fold into icons with tooltips and worker search collapses to an icon; the three-dot menu becomes a More button holding Mass update and Export to Excel, and the currency control shows Local or the round's currency code. Every control works as before. | ||
| AC-34549 | Pay Transparency | Pay information documents and statements can now include, for calculated fields, the average value and the number of workers in the requesting worker's category, overall and by gender, through template variables calculated from the snapshot linked to the request. Averages follow the formatting rules of the template, and document generation stops with an error if a variable refers to a calculated field that is not numeric. | ||
| AC-34561 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, a single control at the right end of the budget band now resizes all budget widgets together to collapsed, medium, or expanded, replacing the expand arrows on each widget. The band stays on one row and scrolls horizontally, the chosen size is remembered in the user's browser for every round (medium by default), and an info tooltip next to the Population panel title explains that the panel drives both the grid and the budget widgets. | ||
| AC-34678 | Authorization | When creating or editing a security group in Workbench > Data Management > Access Management > Security Groups, the Role list now includes the CompensationManager role. | ||
| AC-34709 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Data Modeling > Snapshot Manager, an Execution status option in each snapshot's menu now opens a drawer showing the run's steps, overall progress, elapsed and remaining time, and the state of each batch, both while the run is in progress and after it has finished, failed, or been canceled. Selecting a batch shows its timing, attempts, rows, and any error. | ||
| 159780 | AC-34848 | Pay Transparency | When a large batch of nudges was sent, a temporary sending error could make the platform resend the same notification email to recipients many times. A retried send now skips the recipients who already received the notification, so each recipient gets each nudge once. | |
| AC-34849 | Data Foundation | When previewing a calculated field that uses LOOKUP on custom entities or business matrices, the preview now also shows the data of each referenced entity, limited to the columns used by the calculated field and to the first 100 records. The referenced entities appear only when the calculated field has any. | ||
| AC-34853 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Data Viewer, numeric columns can now be filtered with the IN and NOT IN operators, to show or exclude the rows whose value matches any value in a list. | ||
| AC-34859 | Data Foundation | Snapshots whose data has been purged no longer appear in the snapshot list or its status counts, and can no longer be opened, applied, compared, exported, or used as the base of a new incremental snapshot. Requests for a purged snapshot through the API now return an error stating that it was purged, rather than an empty result. | ||
| 157720 | AC-34860 | Performance Management | Bold text and numbered or bulleted lists in comments on Year-End Review and Goal Setting document forms, including Let's discuss and Challenge comments, appeared as plain text in the generated PDF. The PDF now keeps the comments' formatting, matching the submitted form. | |
| AC-34864 | Compensation Management | Users can now drag budget widgets into a new order in the Planner > Compensation > Comp review budget band with the mouse or the keyboard. They can also save that order with a personal view. In the Create view and Edit view drawers, a Budget widgets card lets users reorder widgets and switch them on or off for the view, while Planner default always shows the round order set in the Workbench. | ||
| AC-34929 | Compensation Management | In Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Process > Compensation Rounds, the Column configuration of the Team planner view step now offers Create group in the Bulk options menu, so Compensation Admins can group the selected columns in one step by naming the group. The option is available only when none of the selected columns already belongs to a group. | ||
| AC-34956 | Authorization | When uploading a CSV file of user roles and permissions or of security groups, users can now choose whether the file uses a comma or a semicolon as its separator. Without a choice, the separator set for the tenant applies, as before. | ||
| AC-35009 | Experience | The underline under the selected tab in page headers, cards, drawers, and modals now matches the width of that tab and grows from its center when the tab is selected. Hovering another tab shows the same underline. | ||
| 160253 | AC-35053 | Performance Management | The Create goal drawer could fail to open, and goals could not be created, when the browser's page translation was turned on. Goals can now be created from every page that offers the Create goal drawer, with or without page translation. | |
| 160254, 160538 | AC-35077 | Data Foundation | A tenant's live data could stop refreshing for good after a single live snapshot run took too long or failed, so the live data grid, worker export, organization hierarchy, and hierarchy-based access all kept using outdated data. The next scheduled run now takes over a stalled or failed run and refreshes the live data automatically. | |
| AC-35135 | Compensation Management | In Planner > Compensation, the button in a round's header that returns to the rounds list now reads Back, for both open and closed rounds. | ||
