| Type | Issue key | Module | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | |||
| AC-32680 | Pay Transparency | In Pay Transparency, documents that cannot be released automatically because their Communication Round has workflow enabled now show the action status Closed without release in the logs, rather than Failed. The new status is available in the log filters, and existing log entries were relabeled where possible. | ||
| AC-33676 | Compensation Management | Compensation Managers and HRBPs running a mass update in Planner > Compensation now have the round's budget validation and aggregate rules checked across the whole selection, alongside the existing per-worker checks. On the Review & apply step, banners show which rules were breached or passed; a hard breach moves the workers of the affected budget pool to Workers to skip, while a soft breach only flags them. | ||
| AC-34549 | Pay Transparency | Pay information document and statement templates can now include averages and counts of calculated fields, grouped by worker category and gender, as placeholders. Averages follow the template's formatting rules, and document generation stops with an error if a calculated field used this way is not numeric. | ||
| AC-34606 | Pay Transparency | The Documents list in Passport can now be sorted, filtered, and paged. | ||
| AC-34633 | Pay Transparency | For Communication Rounds with workflow enabled, Automatic Release can now be configured separately from Automatic Close: once a request is closed, its document can be released immediately or after a set number of days counted from the closing date. Existing Automatic Close & Release configurations keep their current behavior, and the audit trail records an automatic release as a separate action. | ||
| AC-34674 | Compensation Management | After publishing or republishing a round in Workbench > Compensation Management > Compensation Rounds, Compensation Admins and Global Compensation Admins return to the round list and can follow the run there. The Status badge shows step progress, and a new Activity menu opens the Round progress and Run history drawers, which show each run's steps, outcome, and any failure reason. | ||
| 158887 | AC-34727 | Data Foundation | The Go to the next level in the hierarchy button on the matrix of the Check-in status Analytics report could not be clicked, so users could not drill down. Drill-down now works across every level of the hierarchy. | |
| 158328,160049 | AC-34949 | Performance Management | Rating scale templates in Performance Management now accept fractional scale values, such as 2.5, for each rating level. Goal scores, maximum scores, and the rating values in Analytics reports use these values exactly, and the outbound integration returns rating scale values as decimal numbers. | |
| 159756 | AC-35065 | Data Foundation | When an effective-dated record was deleted, the record before it could stop being effective on the deleted record's date, leaving workers without that data in snapshots and situation snapshots from then on. Snapshots now ignore deleted records entirely, so the previous record stays effective, for every effective-dated data type. | |
| AC-35241 | Data Foundation | Clicking a business matrix name in the Business Matrices list now opens it directly in the Business Matrix Creator Workspace. In the workspace, a drop-down in the main section switches between business matrices, and a button next to it shows the matrix information. | ||
| AC-35270 | Data Foundation | In Workbench > Data Management > Snapshot Manager, the Publishing status tag is now orange and shows a step counter, and the snapshot creation message names the snapshot being created. | ||
