Accessing and managing a team member's goal plans
From the Planner, you can access the individual goal plans of your team members and open each of their goals to follow up on its details and progress.
At the top of the Goals tab, a summary tile shows the number of goals of the selected team member, as illustrated in the following picture:
Goals tab
There is also a tips panel that provides guidance to help you set impactful goals. You can go through the tips using the navigation arrows
Below, the goals of the team member in the respective goal plan are displayed in the following groups:
Action required: goals pending your approval, which you can approve or reject directly from the table. For more information, refer to Approving a goal.
Individual goals: goals owned by your team member and on which they need to work
One group for each organizational goal type, named after the goal type
Each group presents the following information:
Goal – the name of the goal, displayed as a clickable link that opens the goal
Owner – the owner of the goal, shown as a small avatar followed by the owner's name
Type – the goal type, represented by an icon with the name displayed on hover
Progress – the published progress of the goal, in percentage. If the goal's plan has the Hide goal results until published setting enabled, this column always shows the last published value (see Creating a goal plan). Any draft progress or results only become visible once you open the goal.
Tracking status – Completed, On track, At risk, or Blocked
Priority – High, Medium, or Low
Due date – the date at which the goal is due
Weight – the percentage goal weight
Three-dot icon – quick access to the Reopen, View, Edit goal details, and Delete options, available based on the goal status and your permissions
If goal weighting is enabled in the goal plan, the Total row under each group shows the total weight of the listed goals.

The Progress trail view includes the Audit trail of the goal, which records each step of its lifecycle, such as its creation, approval, or completion, and every update to its content. For organizational goals, it also records changes to the population and to individual participants.
